Awesome place in an out-of-the-way yet amazing spot. The wines are fantastic and the staff are knowledgeable and professional. I'm so glad yelp guided is here.

So worth it to try some exotic meats including elk, wild boar & blueberry, and the most interesting in my opinion...the pheasant and rattlesnake sausage. All were flavorful and went well w the beer cheese and jam but I personally loved the elk sausage the most.

The staff is outstanding--everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had the best experience. You can tell they really care about what they're building here. The wine selection is excellent, and their flights are a steal at just $14. They also offer meads, mulled cider, and an entirely new food menu that pairs perfectly with the drinks. There's clearly a lot of thought going into the experience now. We also heard a new deck area is coming soon, plus plans for a paella night--which honestly sounds amazing and gives us even more reason to come back. If you haven't been to Snowy Peaks recently, it's absolutely worth another visit. They're doing great things and it's becoming a must-stop spot in Estes Park.

When I came I saw that this place is basically a smaller mom-and-pops winery, which offered 4 of their own wines, including other wines that they imported and fermented themselves. So, I just ordered their own wines. You can taste 4 wines from a list. Luckily, all 4 were from their own Colorado home vines. I sat outside at a table looking over their vineyards. I ended up buying a single glass of their white wine. I had a good time and the prices weren't bad. Plus, they had a few cute pups (Tucker the Golden Retriever!) come up to me to keep me company. Give a Colorado winery a chance since their make their own wine from their own grapes! See my attached pictures!

They explained the process of making each cheese and how they get different flavors and sharpness with some of the cheeses. They also paired the cheese with two different wines they provided. This is something I would definitely do again. So I hope they do it again because I believe this was a special event.

The sophistication is matched by the beautiful creekside setting. My crew had a flight of red and whites which they claimed were excellent. I'm looking for a quick bite we selected the board which offered olives, cheeses, salumi, snacky meaty meats and tasty spread to bring it all together. Such a perfect interactive share dish to get everyone chatting. Entrees included mussels and hamburger which was done en croute giving it a spectacular presentation. The rooms are very ordinary, not as they appear when you are booking. It's also in a great location--very close to the University of Colorado Boulder and walkable to a lot of shops and restaurants. The lobby is definitely the highlight--absolutely beautiful with intricate details, a vintage glass ceiling, and a grand, elegant feel that gives you a sense of the building's history. Our room was clean, and the bathroom was also well-maintained. The surrounding area felt safe, which we appreciated. That said, the room itself was a bit dark, which seems pretty typical for many American hotels. The biggest downside for us was the required valet parking. It meant we never really had easy access to our car unless we wanted to go through the hassle of requesting it every time. Because of that, we ended up just using Uber the whole stay. Personally, I would much rather just pay to park and have direct access to my own vehicle. To be fair, the valet staff were always very friendly and welcoming whenever we came and went. We also ran into some minor inconveniences--there didn't seem to be enough robes, towels, or washcloths available during our stay. Overall, it was fine for a short visit. The lobby is stunning and the location is excellent, but the valet situation alone would make me choose somewhere else next time.
