Can't wait to return. Everything was incredible. Wine, appetizers, food, dessert, atmosphere, everything was absolutely perfect...excellent service, beautiful view. Loved that we found you guys. I would highly recommend to anyone even remotely near Bailey. Worth the drive. Reservations suggested!

The most adorable little winery on the river! It's right off a main road, but tucked away enough you don't even notice. The wine was okay, but the vibes are great! Definitely recommend the baked Brie.

My husband and I did our rehearsal dinner with Aspen Peak Cellars and they were nothing short of making us feel like the most special couple to exist! Tracy was amazing and great at communicating to help coordinate all the details. The food course turned out amazing and they really helped personalize our dinner. The vibe of the tasting room was beautiful! They had everything set up beautifully!! Would highly recommend!!

You really can't beat this view and ambience for a winery off of a river. We reserved the cabanas online very easily. The charcuterie board was beautiful and enough to feed 2. And of course, we enjoyed the wine tasting and went with the option to select our wines! The drive out from Denver was also really nice

This is my fiancé & I's favorite place to eat! We drive up from Denver every couple of months to enjoy a nice meal here. It never disappoints!

BREATHTAKING!!!!!!!! The most beautiful romantic relaxing area I've ever been to while eating at and enjoying a wine tasting! The food was 9/10 I got the hanger steak with seasonal sides The 2 dollar mushroom sauce was not a winning flavor for me i paid an extra 2 dollars for the chimichuri sauce instead. I wish it came out a little more hot as well It was a cold night 10/10 ambiance 10/10 cheese board 10/10 service - everyone was nice the owner even thanked everyone for being there and introduced himself *** I do wish they had outdoor heaters outside

Perfect sunny day? Car full of hungry friends? Grab your sunglasses and drive the gorgeous ride to Aspen Peak Cellars. The service was perfect. Happy smiling Maddie. Food was delicious and fresh with perfect presentation. And to sit on a river? Just go

I give this place 3 stars solely on the ambiance. I made reservations online for my boyfriend's birthday. I wanted a seat by the water and was not aware those particular seats are called "cabanas". Apparently there is another whole section for reserving those seats so super bummed that wasn't more clear on their website. We arrived for our reservation and the host sat us and we waited for a while before our waitress came over. Got our wine flight quick but food took a little bit as well. We ended up sitting again for a while waiting for our bill, finally had to ask the host for our waitress. Food was ok but not worth the price. The parking lot is a hot mess as well. Overall, glad I came to check it out but I don't think I'll be back.

This place is right by a stream and super cute! If you want to sit outside by the stream, then you'll have to make reservations especially on the weekends when it gets busy. We got a table inside immediately on a Sunday afternoon though and were still able to listen to the live music played outside. We ordered a wine tasting board and I was pleasantly surprised by how unique the ones we chose were! The cheese board we got was also delicious and was made with quality ingredients. We ended up leaving with a bottle of Riesling since I enjoyed it so much. Definitely want to come back and get a reservation by the water!

What a treat. The hummus was huge and I'll go back and just to get that baked Brie again. Any wino would love this spot!

This is a really cute and fun place to stop by! The wine tasting paddle is really fun to do, and there are a wide variety of wines to choose from, ranging from more traditional wines to a coffee wine. Their patio is dog friendly and had plenty of tables with pups. I stopped here after hiking with friends and our dogs, so we all appreciated that there was a fun activity we could do with our pets. They also have a number of food items on the menu, so you have plenty of options here! Service was very friendly but a little slow at times. The only really downsides were that the tables were a little small so it was difficult to maneuver how to hold all of our wine paddles and food. The parking lot also isn't great. It's not very big and there are no painted parking lines, so there was a lot of creative parking happening. That said, it's a fun experience and definitely worth a visit!

Aspen Peak Cellars says it best, "celebrating the art of food, wine & music with an European flair"! Head west from Denver, about an hour ish drive into the mountains & you'll find this charming winery & bistro off the main road. It's tucked in along the North Fork of the South Platte River in Bailey, CO - AKA Bailey Beach. I highly recommend making reservations (we did) cuz this place is very popular with both locals & tourists alike. We got a parking spot in their parking lot, just know that the lot isn't very big & parking could be a challenge. They are only open Thursdays-Sundays from 12-8pm. (Their winter hours may be different.) We arrived at 1pm on a Saturday & had requested a table by the water. The scenery was beautiful, great live music, along with the roaring river...the water was moving fast. It was a somewhat warm day so we were glad our table had an overhead cover. There were tables inside & out. I especially liked the tables for two that faced the river with grass umbrellas. Note: Aspen Peak is dog friendly & the live music is on Saturdays & Sundays from 2-5pm. The food & wine were delicious! The Ahi Tuna was one of the best tasting dishes around, as well as the French Dip Special - very juicy & tender. Our gluten free friend was happy with her Veggie Flatbread Pizza & the green salad with walnuts & apple had a to-die-for homemade vinaigrette dressing. The Corn Chowder however needed more seasoning & the Vintner's Beef Burger En Croute was very rich & had too much Dijon mustard for my liking. We really enjoyed the wine tasting paddle, $15. You pick out six samples of wine & if you purchase three bottles To-Go your tasting is free. This is exactly what we did. We loved the Pinot Gris. Our afternoon at Aspen Peak was memorable & we plan on going again & again. Check out their website, they host many events thru out the year. I'm looking forward to the Snowshoe & Fondue Event this winter!

    Hello! Still pet friendly?

Hi, When I was there last August there were a couple of dogs at the outside tables by the water. I'm not sure if they still allow pets, I would call to check. The place was a lot of fun! Lee 😊

Is there and age restriction or are children allowed?

Our teenagers went with us. They enjoyed the food and love music!

Pomegranate Rouge would like to know the kinds of wine blended to make this?

My mom even said she would prefer to do that in future years vs. going back to the club! It was a very affordable option for Mother's Day but we liked supporting a local business. It also felt more intimate and carefree, not to mention an easy commute & parking situation from where we live. I think the only thing that would make it a perfect 5/5 Star brunch would be bigger forks, add knives, more napkins, & smoother ordering process. We were first timers at the winery so we didn't know what our tickets got us. Really the offering for Mother's Day brunch is on point & some small logistical improvements would really make this a perfect outing. I'd been dying to come to try their wine so this was a great way to be exposed to the winery. We hadn't known that ordering a mimosa meant buying a whole bottle of champagne but after trying their "Indulgence" my mom & I agreed we would get that everytime. They also provide a great plate of food for the ticket price that won't have you leaving hungry. The staff were also lovely. Looks like I'll be coming back soon since my husband who couldn't join us says he wants me to take him to their regular Sunday brunch.

The place inside is small, but its still spacious enough that you're not crammed against the other tables. From the moment you're walking up to the place it calls your attention cause its located in the historic Gold Pan Saloon. And the decor inside follows that rustic saloon winery vibes with barrel decors and a crazy ceiling design. They have a great bar area for tastings or a glass of wine as well. I opted for the wine flight, which was great. It included 3 different types of red wines and they were each delicious. My fav was the cabernet franc. It was the best of the 3 for me. For food we went with the Red Rocker charcuterie board and it was great. They pick the 2 cheeses and 2 proteins, which are a rotating selection, along with pickled veggies and a spread with homemade wine tortilla chips. What I love about it is that you can tell the board is freshly made when it's ordered. I was also able to try a piece of the bruschetta with Poached Figs, Whipped Goat Cheese, Honey & Pine Nuts and it was to die for. If goat cheese is your thing, do not skip out on this one. The whipped cheese is crazy, Amazing texture and flavor. We stopped by a couple of days later for a glass of wine and it was packed but they were nice enough to let us stand on the side enjoying a glass till a seat opened up at the bar. I got a glass of their "house red" which is divine. Great body and perfectly balanced. And did I mention it's only $10?!? Totally worth it. Perfect place to relax and unwind.
