They effectively remediated the water damage, restoring the property to its original condition. What's more, they took care of every detail, allowing us to focus on other pressing matters without worrying about the cleanup process. What truly sets this company apart, however, is their willingness to go above and beyond. They worked tirelessly to accommodate our challenging situation with difficult tenants, and their persistence in collaborating with my insurance company was instrumental in securing approval for the claim. I highly recommend Marcus and Leal Restoration to anyone facing water damage or remediation needs. Their expertise, work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfaction are unmatched! I am shocked at the first review of Pro-Care, none of what Kristofer F. has mentioned in his very…read morebrief review is true for me. Our insurance company recommended Pro-Care to complete water damage from a leaking pipe in our kitchen. Pro-Care, proactively reached out to me to schedule an assessment of the damage. He was prompt, friendly, transparent and very helpful with the questions I had prior to the work. The front office staff, although efficient with words, are capable and friendly if you require to speak with them more beyond being informed about dates and times. I had to call and reschedule work and it was done without a problem. The workers got here EXACTLY on time both days (8am SHARP). They were self sufficient, incredibly friendly, supremely professional, and neat beyond neat. The work was planned to take two days and it took two days, no adjustments. The first day of the work was definitely messy: breaking down walls and ceiling, which is dusty, debris filled and unglamorous. Prior to this work they hung tarps up and covered EVERYTHING (I mean e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g). By the time they were done on day 1 the tarps were down, all the drop cloths and other reusable fabrics were neatly folded and stacked off to the side of the kitchen, along with the paints that were going to be used the next day. I have never seen such care and attention to what is ultimately a rather simple job (I must assume this job is relatively easy for a company like Pro-Care). There was not a LICK of dust, dirt, debris or anything. You would not have known that there had been anyone working in our kitchen save for the patched wall that was drying (and looking perfect, by the way). If EVER there is need for work to be done on our house that falls into the scope of Pro-Care, we will use them. No question. No doubt. Definitely DO NOT stay away from this place. They are top notch.

I had 12 windows installed by American Building Technologies, and this was one of the worst…read morecontractor experiences I have had. The installation crew itself was excellent--hardworking, polite, and professional. My issues were with management, particularly Jose. We agreed on a specific brand and style of windows, including three large living-room windows. When the order arrived, I was told they could no longer do the three large windows, but the price was not reduced. I was told the remaining windows would be installed and the large ones reordered. When the windows came off the truck, I immediately noticed they were not the brand we had agreed to. I contacted Jose and found him dismissive and disrespectful. Because my old windows had already been removed, I was told these windows would be installed and the correct ones ordered later. An inspector was then sent as though the job was complete. Every installed window failed inspection because the required safety glass was not used. The proposed solution was to replace only three windows and apply safety film to others to meet code. I am now left with windows that were not what I agreed to purchase, that failed inspection, and an unresolved dispute over the correct windows and pricing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend American Building Technologies. I am also very disappointed that Mass Save refers homeowners to this company.

Do not hire for mold remediation, 10/10 do NOT recommend…read more Jason and Brian talked a very big game, and they completely over promised and under delivered. We hired NEDS to fix water damage after a fridge leak. They did the work in half the time they said they would, and they did half the job. They actually created a mold problem in my house and I had to pay another company to come in and do the job right. The impact their negligence has had on our lives is substantial. Mold has to be physically removed, not just sprayed with bleach/MMR nor fogged. FYI I tried contacting the owner to right the situation instead of writing this review, but he didn't want to accept responsibility/do the right thing. Do not hire NEDS for any water damage, they are negligent.
