After reaching out to Rapid Response and hearing our situation, Daryl reassured us this is their speciality and they will work with our insurance. From there, Rapid Response took this nightmare off our hands and communicated clearly through the entire process. Daryl was on the case and received approval from insurance to replace our entire floor. Seth and team worked quickly and did a fantastic job. Becky and her guys arrived promptly every day to complete the work, kept us informed of the status of our project at all times, and caused minimal impact to our daily life. He gave me a thorough education about the process and gave me helpful advice right from the first moment. His help over the phone was always clear and accurate. He set us on the right path immediately. Seth and his crew were in our house within 48 hours to do the mitigation and boy were they thorough. The floor was pulled up, the room was disinfected and dried. And all the while, Daryl and Seth made sure that we had the documentation and backup necessary to communicate with our homeowners insurance company. With the mitigation done, the crew came back a few weeks later to actually do the repairs and get our floors back to the condition they were in before. This was equally impressive. The workmanship was truly beautiful. Seth has a great eye for design and color. Everything matches and looks beautiful. When our basement experienced a sewage backup, our plumber recommended Clean Sweep for restoration. Rob and his crew arrived quickly and began work right away. However, we were pressured to sign a contract under the impression that our insurance would cover the entire cost of the cleanup. At the time, we were told not to worry about pricing because insurance would handle it. Later, we learned that Clean Sweep uses a custom price list that is not aligned with the rates many insurance companies recognize. When insurance did not cover the full amount, we were left responsible for the remaining balance. The cleanup alone was billed at over $16,000, and we were warned that unpaid balances could result in a lien on our home. They also attempted to steer us toward a partner contractor to perform the repair work after mitigation, with an estimate of about $17,000, much of which insurance indicated it would not cover. My advice to anyone dealing with a similar situation: do not sign anything until you know exactly what the services will cost and what your insurance company has pre-authorized. Ask for itemized pricing in advance and confirm coverage directly with your insurer before work begins. In hindsight, I wish we had slowed the process down and clarified costs before allowing work to proceed. Restoration emergencies are stressful, and it's easy to feel pressured into quick decisions.

They wasted our time with visit after visit for each subcontractor they hired, the worst example was their in-house plumber who wasted a week, decided he didn't feel like doing it, and they sent us over a sub to start from scratch. None of them communicate with each other. The owners had a personal crisis which we were very patient with only to find out that they had no idea how to delegate and nothing was being done. BES and their subs constantly miss appointments and make promises for milestones that they have no intention of keeping. STAY AWAY from this toxic company and anyone who associates with them. Unfortunately the tree became infected with the Emerald Ash Bore and began a rapid decay. Before the tree could damage our home, our neighbors yard or heaven forebid, injure a person, the ArborTech team took the tree down in a safe and efficient manner.
