We had a larger group, and I definitely recommend making a reservation if you have a group larger than 4. They offer a soup of the day - highly recommend per a regular. It was baked potato soup the day of my visit and I can say, it was really, really good! I ordered a build-your-own burger, which comes with a side of chips. It was good and exactly what I wanted that day. They offer a variety of pies and cakes for dessert, though I did not try any. The overall appeal is the small-town charm and friendly, attentive service. If you are in the area, it is a nice stop and I recommend whatever soup is available :) read more

Folks greeted us immediately as we walked inside. We were promptly seated with menus. Food choices are fantastic and quite tasty. I got the pimento cheese burger and it was absolutely delicious!! It was so reasonably priced and the whole place is so cozy.

Staff was rude. Put in a to go order. Poured my coffee immediately before my food was ready. Asked for fresh hot coffee and the sever refused telling me the coffee was hot. The food is pretty average - soups, wraps, and sandwiches, but nothing outstanding. Portions were on the smaller side. Service was also pretty slow even though the restaurant was only half full. Called and ordered breakfast takeout from here while we were up in Menominee. The restaurant is cute and well decorated. You can tell they're really into the community as they have local flyers advertising different items from local vendors. Online and on yelp the pricing for the food isn't what the restaurant actually charges. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches expecting to pay about $5 for each one. When I got there I found out it was closer to $8/ sandwich. The sandwiches were good, but for $8 at a small cafe like this I would expect more. I'd like to give this place a 3.5 star review but that's not an option. read more

Very cozy nice place. Me and my husband went to have breakfast we pick the place hoping it would be worth to visit. We sat dawn on the very end corner,server gave us menu ,coffee. WE WAITED patiently enough FOR more than 30minutes hoping they will get our order even offer to refill coffee they did not bother. WE UNDERSTAND THE BUSY BREAKFAST HOURS however should the half an hour be enough wait?. Server walked by offer food and coffee for the customers next to us an totally ignored us. Hadn't been here since before Covid-- must say I was disappointed--I ordered my old fav - soup and sandwich-- used to bee when I ordered a croissant I got the entire croissant- not any more - it was cut in 1/2 and there was very little about tbsp-- of egg salad-- soup of day was chicken noodle -- not a lot of flavor-- quite disappointed-- hopefully this was just a bad day!!! They have great coffee! And also great breakfast! Went here for a Saturday breakfast and tried the Diane's omelet-hash brown, tomato, bacon. The corn beef hash was also pretty good. I loved their coffee the most! Had it with a raspberry brownie, not one of those chewy and moist ones, but was very tasty and not too sweet.
