As a coffee spot, it's much closer to 1-2 stars. In a recent trip to the area, I stopped by here twice. The first time the espresso drink (latte) I ordered was a solid ok. It wasn't good but wasn't bad. The second time, the espresso beverage I ordered (again a latte) was bitter and pretty terrible (I actually didn't bother finishing it). My dining companion had a similar issue. The service is friendly and the prices are reasonable. If they could get their coffee game dialed in--this would be a home run of a spot. They're only open Friday evenings and Sat-Sun. We stopped by on a Saturday morning and got the best meal of our trip. They're a cute spot with a lovely little indoor dining room as well as a patio. We opted to dine outdoors on the sunny Saturday morning we were there. I ordered the frittata and a caramel latte made with almond milk. The frittata came with a lightly dressed salad on the side. The salad was fine but the frittata was out of this world delicious. It was buttery with creamy goat cheese that was beautifully sharp and flavorful. My caramel latte was the best cup of coffee of my trip (so good with wonderfully rich espresso). My only hope is that they'll eventually expand their hours as I would have happily been in there every morning of my trip. They are a wine bar in the evenings as well (though we didn't stop by for that). The service was good if a bit disjointed (we received our meals and finished them before our coffee came out).
