From the very beginning, Buster presented a very professional presentation, including a computer rendering of the deck elevation and virtual reality view of deck, so you could get a feeling of what it would be like to stand on your deck! Buster, not only did the proposal, he was on site everyday working and supervising crew. Every member of the crew was very professional, courteous and respectful of ours and our neighbor's property. They didn't smoke or have music blaring. They were very amenable to the few changes I wanted to make in the plan and executed them to my specifications, beautifully. SRI took care of obtaining construction permits and passed each inspection, quickly. SRI bid was competitive with other companies proposals. Construction took 2 weeks. Amazing. Matt and his crew were on time, great attention to detail, cleaned up after themselves, and communicated with me every step of the way. I also met the owner, and he was great. We hit a snag with the city. Matt was so gracious and patient about the entire rearrangement the city made us go through to get a permit. The finished product is so well built and sturdy. I finally feel confident letting my kids on the deck on top of the walk-out basement. The railings are so good, I know none of my kids will fall off! Really easy to work with. SRI built a pergola to cover our back patio and we could not be more pleased with the experience and the final product. Their staff was a true pleasure to work with from the first meeting, to the design phase and throughout the construction process. They were punctual, friendly, professional and most of all, they're excellent at what they do. Our pergola is absolutely gorgeous! We receive compliments from everyone that sees it. I can't say enough good things about SRI. Buster and his crew were very polite and professional. After having the cement poured, it seemed like the deck went up in a matter of minutes. They even replaced some rotted siding on my house at no extra charge. We had an issue with a water spicket that was in they way of the stairs and they were able to contact a plumber who came right out and moved it to a better location in under 30 minutes. The deck is just amazing. We are planning on using them again to do a walkway and porch on the front of our house. I highly recommend using SRI for your decking needs! read more

SRI completed our new deck a few days ago...it is amazing! All the installers: Roman, Logan, Austin, Josh & Boston were very professional, worked incredibly hard all the time they were here, and always pleasant.
