Shockingly great service, and the best products and prices you can get anywhere! The Best Awning Company crew is prompt, courteous, and professional... and their installers are employees, not sub-contractors, so they have skin in the game when it comes to doing the job right. My wife and I LOVE our new retractable awning... we especially love the dimmable LED lights embedded in the awning frame, which really lend a festive atmosphere to our deck. We're fortunate enough to have amazing views, and the pros at Best Awning Company knew EXACTLY how to install the awning so that it gives us more year-round use of the space without blocking any of the great vistas. And the weather-sensing equipment is fantastic! We do get moderate-to-high winds from time to time, and we don't have to worry about damage to our beautiful new awning... it senses the wind and closes itself automatically, even if the gusts came up after we made a quick run to the store and left the awning open. Really, I don't know why more people don't give Best Awning Company a call and get more enjoyment out of their outdoor space. Our property value has gone up, and we're looking forward not only to enjoying the deck MUCH more comfortably (the awning keeps it about 20 degrees cooler out there)... we're also looking forward to saving money on our utility bills, since the sun isn't constantly beating on the doors and windows and our HVAC system has less work to do. We will even be able to sit out there in the winter now! And I really don't know why more of our local restaurants don't go for great awnings like this... the cheap umbrellas you see at some locations really don't cut it, and now, with restaurants having to be set up for "social distancing," every bit of outdoor space they could use might be huge for them. THANKS Tyler, and everyone at Best Awning Company, for a job EXTREMELY well done! read more

Best Awning Company has great customer service and a fantastic product....we never realized how much sun and heat we were allowing into the back side of our house (SW facing) until after we installed one of these retractable awnings; it's made a huge impact on how cool the kitchen and family room areas are....plus it has made our deck much more usable -- not only because it stays cooler, but because we can also enjoy sitting out there in mild rain. We got the powered awning with remote and sun/wind sensor, and it's perfect...we never have to worry about when to put the awning out, or when it retract it -- it's all automatic. We had to get HOA approval to have it installed, but once our neighbors saw it, I think we started a trend, because now they're showing up on homes all over the neighborhood. We got the optional cover to protect the rolled up fabric, which has lasted very well...no discoloring or deterioration thus far. Highly recommended company. Tyler Coomes is our contact there and he's the best! read more

Our Sunsetter Awning cover started to not close properly after 5 years, so I went in search of a company to fix it. Found Best Awning and boy, am I glad that I did. First contact was with Teresa (office). She was amazing. Told me to get in touch with Sunsetter as they would be able to troubleshoot over the phone. Turned out that the cover was going bad (high UV will do that) and the skin was still under pro-rated warranty. We ordered new cover and then contacted Best Awning to schedule the recover process. They come out shortly after the new cover arrived. The 2 gentleman that did the work were on time, very courteous and extremely efficient. The cover was replaced in less than an hour. No mess was left, they took away all the trash. I was so impressed with the service that I received that I have now ordered a new gutter system from their sister company, Conifer Gutter. Great exoerience. read more

I was very impressed by Tyler and his crew because they overcame a structural challenge related to the steel framework. The installation is very solid. A different awning company said they couldn't do it because I didn't have the standard wood studs. From the beginning, the owner said they would get it done and they did not disappoint. The 5-star service follows a similar grade that I gave them for the installation of gutters on my home through their "sister" service, Conifer Gutter. We love our awning and it has made a huge difference in cooling our home. I live near Conifer and strongly recommend you give them a call if you want a first class awning ... or gutter. read more

The use of the awning is so smooth and has made such a difference in our space in providing privacy and a pleasant aesthetic. The install done by Dane was top notch and again, done with customer service that was friendly and reliable. We would highly recommend Best Awning Company. read more
