Overall, my experience with Rich and Poly Lift Colorado was (1) great communication, (2) reasonable and competitive pricing (3) clear explanations of their methods, (4) what results we could expect, and (5) what could -- albeit very unlikely -- go wrong. Day of, the team took great care to avoid sprinkler heads that were within an inch or two of the lifted slab and removed all overflow foam very quickly. Best of all, the port holes are essentially invisible. After some weathering, I'm not sure I'll be able to find them at all. This was a very, very, easy process. Highly recommended.

I got a few quotes, and I decided to work with Homestrong. I worked with Ben to get the quote and coordinate the schedule. He came out to do the measurements and quote, and he was patient in answering all my questions as we did the walk-through. He was also very thorough in answering my follow-up questions about their quote. Homestrong came in with the best price, and as near as I could tell, they were quoting comparable work and materials. I also appreciate that Ben later on consulted with the radon mitigation company that I was working with to make sure the radon system would work well with the encapsulation work. He was knowledgeable about the radon work, too. Jesus G and a co-worker (didn't catch his name) showed up right on time on the day of the work, and they worked hard all day and half of the next day. Jesus was also patient with me and answered my questions throughout the day, and both guys were considerate and flexible. I'm really happy with the work they did. My crawl spaces used to be that part of my house that I avoided, but now I'm much more comfortable with those areas. I don't have a before picture to show, but it was pretty bad in there.

Chase came and gave a thorough but fair assessment of what needed to be sealed. One crawlspace was much better than expected and the other crawlspace was much worse than we would have otherwise known. We ended up replacing two sill plates, adding moisture barriers outside that crawl space, and sealing all the interior vents and cracks with foam. They also helped seal some driveway cracks. The estimate was for 4 full days of work. Lalo was the foreman and was really great to work with throughout. He and another worker worked hard each day. Their work was careful, clean, and professional, and I felt like I was in very good hands. Lalo was also very helpful in answering all my questions along the way. The only downsides were that they accidentally clipped the internet line so we lost internet for about a day, but they sent out an electrician to do the repair the next morning. They also damaged and promptly repaired a sprinkler hose but that was no big deal. Importantly, they were very transparent about what happened and took care of the repairs at no extra cost. The foundation work ended up going over by an extra half day to a Saturday, but I was happy that they wanted to do the work well rather than rush the job just to finish "on time." Lalo's boss, Jose, came out separately to do the driveway repair. That work also ended up taking a bit longer than he initially expected. But again I was glad to see that he wanted to get the job done the right way even if it took more time. Foundation repair is always a big investment but I would definitely recommend Homestrong and use them again next time.

I met with Tom Henkel who was great and he knew his business. The 2 man crew that came to do the injection were great as well. Very cordial and helpful. It was amazing watching as they did the injections and the floor raising back to the original location. Another thing was nice since we had our floor finished after we moved in was they only had to drill 5/8" holes at points to raise the floor. Barely noticeable with the finished floor. Sure beats tearing our 2/3 of the floor and replacing it then having to have it all refinished again.

We had work done on 2 contracts- 1 for work on pillars to stabilize house shifting and another for…read moresupposedly leveling up driveway to garage lip and front walkway to foundation line. Job 1 (foundation). Workers good guys and by appearances competent to do job, as was the materials used. They had to bring in backhoe for our 6 ft foundation (we live on hillside with springs where houses commonly shift)- I checked on work and it seemed sound. However, they ran day behind and we had to leave when they backfilled and finish that part of job. It had rained previous 2-3 nights and basically they left yard in a mess that will necessitate me bringing in a landscaper to repair (i.e. more than the topsoil disruption they put in contract- dirt clods the size of soccer balls 25 ft away from foundation wall). My recommendation- make absolutely sure you are present to see finished job before you let them leave- I would never have approved the mess they left the yard in. Not really their fault as they were moving mud vs dirt, but they should've left it and came back the next week to finish. Job 2 (driveway and front approach leveling). It turned out this was an unachievable outcome & there is still 2.5 inch "trip" edge between driveway and garage floor. They should never has bid the job. We contested the job as a breach of contract since goal of job not even close to achieved. Gen Mgr came out & agreed. On my threat to taking to small claims court, they refunded me most of cost of that job. Again, they were responsive to my concerns & outcome OK in the end as avoided court hassle. Lesson here: think about what they are proposing is even possible before agreeing to it. The suggestion is that the job solicitors are working on a commission. If you doubt it can be done, it probably can't- have them describe EXACTLY how they will achieve the proposed outcome. Again, no problem whatsoever with the employees- all did their jobs well.

Some of the additional work that was not done properly by them years ago. I wonder how difficult it will be or if they will even honor their warranty. The company was called Complete Basements and Groundworks bought them out and was supposed to honor the warranty. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company at this point. If they change their service and at least do what they agreed to do then I will update my post.

Much more detailed in the measurements , placement and cost. Without talking to Steve from CSR, I would not have been able to request the additional piers from Thrasher. We had a very compromised foundation which required 16 piers. I would recommend to get a quote from Colorado Structural Repair. Their proposal was actually a little more detailed and it informed my discussion with Thrasher.
