When I came home from work and found my frozen items half thawed I almost cried. I called a few repair service places around my neighborhood but they were all closed by 8:30pm. I left messages but only ServiceNow called me back first thing the next morning. They were at my house within three hours after that. They diagnosed what was wrong, then came back the same day at 8pm to install the part. My fridge is good as new again. The technicians were very friendly and helpful, explaining what they were doing along the way. They even cleaned the coils on the bottom of the fridge. I also had a non-working oven which they fixed during the same visit and gave me a nice discount too. Excellent service, fast, reliable and trustworthy. I can highly recommend them. read more

In line with all other reviews - they claim to be called "Springfield Appliance Repair" but then when googling, Brandsmart comes up linked to the number that I have for them. Claim to be a Samsung authorized repair team, but does not seem to be a real business. Great service! I last used ServiceNow (also called Brandsmart now) in 2015. The service was so good it spurred me to write one of 4 reviews I've done on yelp over the last decade. Today was even better. I called at 1030 for my fridge that had been at about 60 degrees for the last few days. Someone very knowledgeable (Nijal) was here just after noon. He found a problem with the fan, left to get one, and came back to install. It's now 5pm and my fridge is back to normal temps. Unsure about the other reviews, no one asked me for a credit card or extra information. I got a quote before Nijal left to get the fan, and I handed him a check for that amount once he was done fixing it. Could not have been more efficient. Highly recommend! read more

ServiceNow took and kept our payment for a replacement part on our stove but never acquired the part or did the work to install it. Initially we were told ServiceNow was having difficulty obtaining the right part. They came to our house several times with the wrong part and promised to return each time once they had the correct part. However, after months of waiting, we called to ask about the status of the part. To our surprise, we were told they had simply closed out our account without completing the work or refunding our payment. We asked for a refund and were told that a manager would call us back, which never happened. Our subsequent calls have been either ignored or simply unanswered. The tech who came to our house, Abbas, was very friendly as other reviewers have noted. However, no matter how friendly their representative was, in our experience, ServiceNow demonstrated they will only honor their agreements if it is convenient for them. I highly suggest finding a different repair service if at all possible. read more

Abbas was phenomenal. So much so that this is the first yelp review I've posted, despite my using yelp all of the time to read reviews. I read a lot of ServiceNow reviews on yelp and used that as a basis for hiring them (also because many service companies do not service Samsung fridges, but ServiceNow does). Abbas came within the window I was given, gave me a 30 minute call ahead, and diagnosed several problems with my fridge in very little time. He was honest, and it was clear that he knew what he was talking about. I also appreciated his willingness to explain things to me several times until I understood the problems and what needed to be done to fix them. I would highly recommend ServiceNow Alexandria to others. As a side note, I initially called ServiceNow Arlington since it's closer to where I live. I made an appointment, and when I called the day of the appointment to confirm the time window, I was told they had no record of me or my appointment. This is the second time I called them out for a service repair to my washing machine within a year. They never seem to have the part on the truck. One tech comes out, troubleshoots, then says we will come back out to fix. Took $75 payment for visit, then leaves. Second visit with part, cannot fix because the rod in motor stripped. So, I was a bit disappointed that they were not able to fix my machine. I had wished the tech had figured it out on the first visit, not the second. Always tough getting a tech rescheduled to come back. So, now I bought a new machine. read more

Abbas is a rock star. I called him out to look at my washing machine and fridge. For the washing machine he told me that it would cost more to fix it than it would to replace it so I should just buy a new one. I was impressed because some repair people will have you keep repairing a machine that's on its last leg just to get your business. I had another company come out several times to fix my fridge and after spending hundreds of dollars the fridge still was not working. After Abbas diagnosed the washing machine I had confidence in his trustworthiness so I had him come and look at the fridge. He was able to fix it and it's still working. ServiceNow bailed us out after a botched appliance installation by Home Depot and their contractor FSA, which was going to leave us without a functional gas range for 5 extra days. Sidebar: If you buy a gas appliance from Home Depot, don't pay them for permitting and installation. They do not communicate well with their contractor, and as we learned FSA has both terrible customer service and disengaged staff. ServiceNow didn't cost much more than the Home Depot price, and they were able to do the job on the same afternoon I called. Abbas was easy to communicate with, friendly, and helpful in helping us understand our new gas range. Without a doubt we'll use them again for any appliance related needs. read more

HONEST HONEST HONEST!!! Washer broke on Sunday, Called one firm and they were rude - wouldn't give rates, said it would probably be $300. Called Sears - earliest someone could come was Friday, Service Now could do it on Tuesday. They came and couldn't fix ti so next day sent a manager out who looked at it and thought the pump needed replaced - paid $75 for his visit and the pump would be another $180 after they replaced it. I told the manager that if it cost more than $300 i'd rather just buy a new washer. Wednesday they sent a guy out who replaced the pump motor, but it still wouldn't work. He thought maybe it was the board - BIG expense. I said $@#%!!! How much do i owe you. HE SAID NOTHING!!! You don't pay if it doesn't get fixed. I said, i feel i owe you something! you replaced the pump motor - shouldn't you take it back, but he said no. I still feel bad. I want these guys to stay in business and make money so they will be around when i need them again. I'll be giving them my future business from now on and recommending them to everyone i know. read more

My dishwasher was filling up with water when the machine wasn't on and then leaking onto my floor. I was concerned because I was supposed to head out of town and didn't want to cancel my trip, but didn't want to have serious water damage, of course. I highly recommend Service Now for your repairs. Our built-in Kitchen-aid stopped working and they were able to diagnose it. Unfortunately we needed a part that was discontinued. Most other repair places would have stopped there and told us we needed a new fridge. Our Tech, Abbas, did research and was able to send out the discontinued part to get fixed and then installed it. In February of this year Service Now charged me $400 to replace a drainage pump on a two year old LG washer/dryer combo. It is a $20 part but I'm a paraplegic and couldn't do the work myself. A month and a half later the same part broke (I'm guessing it was a used part). I contacted them to replace it. Two weeks later a technician was finally available. He said the part was warrantied but his labor was not, so I was charged another $300 to replace the part they installed 6 weeks earlier. I highly suggest avoiding these guys. read more

He was very honest about benefits/drawbacks of repairing my dinosaur of a dishwasher compared to buying a new one for a similar cost.
