Their online ad says $15. The phone tech says $15 to come out plus $35 labor starting price. Actual result: the locksmith took 3 minutes to open the lock and said the price is $160. It was just a simple pop the lock - nothing special. I will never use any mobile locksmith again. read more

Went off of the reviews and was not disappointed. I had an appointment set at 11 and showed up exactly at the said time. The tech was very professional and answered all questions I had. He had to do a different type of key but he was prepared and did it without an issue. Prices are very good for the service they offered and would recommend to anyone. They saved me! I lost the key to the safe at my work, big trouble! I called them to figure out how much my mistake was gonna cost me and it was cheaper than I thought. So I set up an appointment for them to come check it out. They showed up right on time, opened the safe and thankfully were able to rekey it for me! This company is amazing. I stupidly locked my son in the car and I just happened to be parked right next to him while he was on another job. I caught him as he was walking out to his van and asked if he was able to help. He was quick to help and very kind. What he didn't know was that my son has seizures if his body temperature rises too quickly and being in the hot car I was worried he would have a seizure and I would not be able to help him. I usually use a different locksmith for sheriff's lockouts. She came down with the flu 2 hours before the sheriff was due to arrive. I called Service Pro with 40 minutes left before the scheduled arrival of the Sheriff. He said he could do it on time and would be there for me. Not only did he show up at the appointed time, I had bought a lock in the interim, in case I needed it. He used my locks and the cost was within with I would call a normal range.
