Today I received the keys to my first home. My realtor recommended that I get the locks changed since so many others have been through the house. Looked in Yelp and found Service Pro Locksmith, requested a quote, and within 15 minutes received a reply. Scheduled for someone to come out the next day. About 30 minutes later received an email asking if I wanted to do today. YES! The locksmith, Mario, called to let me know how far away he was, which is always nice to know. Service Pro Locksmith rekeyed our church from separate individual keys into a master lock system. They've been prompt and professional in follow up service when we've had to rekey and replace lost keys. Now when we need keys we just call. They saved me! I lost the key to the safe at my work, big trouble! I called them to figure out how much my mistake was gonna cost me and it was cheaper than I thought. So I set up an appointment for them to come check it out. They showed up right on time, opened the safe and thankfully were able to rekey it for me! This company is amazing. I stupidly locked my son in the car and I just happened to be parked right next to him while he was on another job. I caught him as he was walking out to his van and asked if he was able to help. He was quick to help and very kind. What he didn't know was that my son has seizures if his body temperature rises too quickly and being in the hot car I was worried he would have a seizure and I would not be able to help him. I usually use a different locksmith for sheriff's lockouts. She came down with the flu 2 hours before the sheriff was due to arrive. I called Service Pro with 40 minutes left before the scheduled arrival of the Sheriff. He said he could do it on time and would be there for me. Not only did he show up at the appointed time, I had bought a lock in the interim, in case I needed it. He used my locks and the cost was within with I would call a normal range. I was house sitting for a family friend on July 31, 2013 and I had locked myself out of the house I was watching!
