I am unsure of whether they are the same entity or if he is a subcontractor. Tomer and an assistant came out and said it was due to loose shingles and performed full maintenance. He engaged in high-pressure sales so I agreed to get the work done that same day of the estimate. They were done in less than 90 minutes, which was odd given the fact that they charged a couple hundred bucks. A few months later (April 2020) I noticed additional plaster cracking and falling. I reached back out to Tomer who did not respond. Now, the same area is growing mold. I reached out one more time to Tomer yesterday. He said he would come out today at 10. He didn't. While I was comparing vendors, he was very prompt with his replies and super courteous too. Good communication is critical and he displayed it throughout. The job they did was excellent and most of all tidy and neat around the house too. If there were small spots that needed addressing, nothing was too much trouble and corrected. We are really happy with the final result and would call again for other paint jobs in our home.
