One guy went high up in the tree and took it down piece by piece. The 5 guys on the ground took away the debris with ball carts, chain saws, and wheelbarrows. Sergio has serviced several friends and neighbors and when we had quite a storm this week, I called his office at 8:00 the next morning:00. I spoke to a live person and he was at our house in 45 minutes. Sergio quoted a very fair price and removed the two large limbs from our huge oak tree in our backyard. I had got in touch with Sergio's tree removal, he came out, I got an estimate for removal and stump grind on 3 trees, I called 2 days later to book them, I was told they could come the following week, when I called to set a date I was told that they were very busy due to a wind storm and it would be 3 weeks they could get to me. Two weeks pass and I asked when in the next week or so could they come out, then I was told they were swamped and they couldn't do it until late February, 4 months after I first spoke with them! Sergio and his son (Jrn) were great and gave me a price on the spot that was super competitive. I really enjoyed his friendly demeanor and 'can-do' approach to things. I was super surprised to see those lower ratings but can see that if you wanted an urgent job with everything ticked and tied then perhaps Sergio's relaxed approach isn't for everyone. All these companies have been super busy this summer and Sergio's team was no different. But once we locked in a date his team showed up and did an AMAZING job.
