Rude!! We woke up to find Moreno Tree Care had taken over our back yard. They were contracted by our neighbor to cut down a mature tree on his property just across the lot line. Our new neighbor had advised us a week earlier that he was considering cutting down the tree. But he too was shocked to learn the morning of the removal that Moreno was using our backyard as their primary staging area to cut down the tree. He was mortified. Trying to be neighborly, we probably would have given our ok, especially if it would help out our neighbor. But at no time did Moreno contact us nor did they ask us if there was anything they could do to make the experience better for us. In fact, they unilaterally moved a stake I placed near a frequently broken sprinkler head. In addition, they traipsed over newly seeded grass all day without concern, hopped our wooden fence, and let huge trunk sections fall onto our lawn. The ultimate rudeness were the three water and soda bottles I found strewn across our yard the following morning. At the end of their day, nobody even thanked us for our hospitality. What kind of service can you expect from such a discourteous crew? ALL of this probably could have been avoided with some advance communication. read more

Bernardo and his crew did a fantastic job! Everyone was professional, polite, and they took down two very old, very large trees incredibly fast, even grinding up the stumps. Not only did they complete the job quickly, they also did a wonderful job cleaning up the lawn of wood chips and small twigs and leaves that came down in the process, even replanting the few ornamental grasses that needed to be moved. A separate truck came the next day to pick up the massive trunk pieces that were put in the parkway, and after that, Bernardo came by to check on things and even picked up the smaller pieces of trunk/debris that the larger truck didn't take.
