After putting out my project requirements and waiting for other companies to drag their feet, I got a call from Moreno Tree Care that they were already in the neighborhood and could be over in 15 minutes. DONE! They made quick work of a couple of crabapple trees and did an extra deep grind of one stump where we were going to replant. They were done in about 45 minutes while the other companies were wasting time. Thanks Moreno Tree Care! read more

Bernardo and his team did an amazing job start to finish. We reached out on a Saturday for an estimate on removing two trees which caused damage to our house in a recent wind storm. Bernardo was able to get out very quickly to provide and estimate and start the work less than 48 hours later. His crew removed two 50ft silver maples efficiently and left everything spotless. Our neighbors were so impressed they asked for Bernardo's phone number. We will certainly be repeat customers for trimming our larger trees. read more

Bernardo and his crew did an amazing job trimming a massive tree in our backyard. The difference was like night and day: what was first a messy, unruly tree ended up looking perfect, making our entire backyard look so much better. They were quick, efficient, and thorough. The pricing was very competitive. We would hire them again in a heartbeat. read more

These guys ROCK, I called them on Saturday, received a response in 30 minutes, came out that afternoon with an estimate. They fell this giant honey locust that was in trouble with great care. They started at 8AM, the big tree was done by 1PM, and proceeded to clean other trees on the property. They were awesome, and reasonable in prices. I would highly recommend this team for your tree needs. read more

Highly recommend Moreno. We had several old silver maple trees taken out, they did a phenomenal job from start to finish. Bernardo was courteous and professional. He came out about 3 times as we changed our minds from trimming to cutting down etc. He was extremely patient and provided revised quotes. Pricing was extremely competitive and fair. His crew was fantastic, you could tell that he treats them well too. They were a happy bunch, it was a great experience overall. Bernardo also tactfully handled our neighbor who made utterly baseless allegations of damage. They cleaned up every bit of debris from our yard as well as two of our neighbors' yards. They also cleaned the side street. Highly recommend them. read more

I had a bunch of weed trees growing along my fenceline that was getting too close to electrical wires. They were starting to hang over electrical wires so thought it was time to take care of it to be safe. I contacted Moreno and they were able to come and take them down the next day! They took down all the branches they safely could in about an hour and a half. They were really nice guys and reasonably priced too. I appreciated all their hard work. read more

Within a week I received an estimate, scheduled the work and had the job done. Bernardo and his crew did a fantastic job. They were very friendly, responsive and careful. They cut down a 50ft tree and did such a good job with cleanup that it doesn't look like anyone was here. They even went as far as making sure my neighbor was happy with the job and cleanup as well. Great service. Quick efficient and very professional they gave me a great deal and were able to fit me in pretty quickly. In all they took down two decent sized trees in 2 hours and left the yards clean and clear of debris. They communicated quickly and very well with me and made sure I understood what was going on. They responded to messages and phone quickly and I never felt the least bit concerned. They were great and I highly recommend them. read more

Rude!! We woke up to find Moreno Tree Care had taken over our back yard. They were contracted by our neighbor to cut down a mature tree on his property just across the lot line. Our new neighbor had advised us a week earlier that he was considering cutting down the tree. But he too was shocked to learn the morning of the removal that Moreno was using our backyard as their primary staging area to cut down the tree. He was mortified. Trying to be neighborly, we probably would have given our ok, especially if it would help out our neighbor. But at no time did Moreno contact us nor did they ask us if there was anything they could do to make the experience better for us. In fact, they unilaterally moved a stake I placed near a frequently broken sprinkler head. In addition, they traipsed over newly seeded grass all day without concern, hopped our wooden fence, and let huge trunk sections fall onto our lawn. The ultimate rudeness were the three water and soda bottles I found strewn across our yard the following morning. At the end of their day, nobody even thanked us for our hospitality. What kind of service can you expect from such a discourteous crew? ALL of this probably could have been avoided with some advance communication. read more

Bernardo and his team are fabulous! From the estimate thru to the cleanup, I could not be happier with their service. Tree had quite a bit of storm damage, and debated having the tree removed. Was convinced that it would look okay after, and it looks way better than expected. Price was very reasonable and the value was amazing. Here and gone in little over an hour. Do not hesitate to hire Moreno Tree Care. I did so based on all the great reviews, and found them to be absolutely true! read more

Bernardo and his crew did a fantastic job! Everyone was professional, polite, and they took down two very old, very large trees incredibly fast, even grinding up the stumps. Not only did they complete the job quickly, they also did a wonderful job cleaning up the lawn of wood chips and small twigs and leaves that came down in the process, even replanting the few ornamental grasses that needed to be moved. A separate truck came the next day to pick up the massive trunk pieces that were put in the parkway, and after that, Bernardo came by to check on things and even picked up the smaller pieces of trunk/debris that the larger truck didn't take. Just an incredible job all around! We highly recommend Moreno Tree Care, and we will definitely use them in the future! read more

Amazing work - fast response - efficient - and really cleaned up!

Wow! Bernardo and his crew did an amazing job. Everything from getting an estimate to scheduling the work and job completion was 5 stars.

Bernando responded to a quote request I submitted on Yelp for trimming trees on our property and one on a neighbor's property that was growing into a tree on our property. He was responsive, was able to coordinate giving an estimate with my husband's work schedule and gave us feedback that day on our options for dealing with our neighbor's tree. We scheduled for the following week and the team was on time, did a great job exactly as detailed in their estimate. In fact, a different neighbor came out during the service and the team was able to address their concerns during the appointment as well. We are highly satisfied with the service and highly recommend their services. They cleaned up well afterwards and our trees look great. Look no further for your tree trimming needs! read more

We live in Elk Grove and hired Moreno and his crew to trim a very large tree and several dozen bushes in the backyard. They did a very thorough job, better than expected and cleaned up afterwards. I contacted them on Monday, owner came out and gave me an estimate on Tuesday and his crew was out here Wednesday morning. The price was far better than the 4 other estimates I received. They were efficient, organized and well prepared. It was chilly and windy that day but they worked together and kept my house, my neighbor's house and fence completely safe and damage free. All of the debris was cleaned up after they finished and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended for any and all tree removal. read more
