She then put criss cross straps in the back (making it look different from the other dresses) and I went to pick it up, again, and she left the zipper in place so walking down the aisle the dress completely looked too small making it obvious the zipper did not close. It is now the day of the wedding and I finally got the dress back. Not only did I have to pay for her mistake but after she ran my credit card she informed me there was a 4% credit card fee. Because I had a strapless dress with only a few inches of fabric holding it up, I was a little nervous about the little hook in the back ripping off. They were not able to get the right tie until noon of the 18th. The pictures were scheduled for noon on the 18th. Customer service was terrible. They were extremely rude on the phone and not willing to work with us at all.
