I went in today when they just opened up around 9:33 am. I was greeted when I first walked in. I was asked what service I wanted and I told them I would love a pedicure. Right away I was seated in a comfortable massage chair. I absolutely loved the environment at this location. I had such a good talk with the gal there. She told me about her family and asked about my family. Just love how personable my experience was here. I'm sad to say we are moving out of state in a few weeks and I'm sad that I just barely found this Nail place. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Already told a friend of mine to have his wife go see them and get her nails done by them. Thanks for making my experience enjoyable. read more

I've been going here for a year and I've been very happy with Helen. My nails always look beautiful when I leave. The prices are reasonable.

The staff are friendly. Prices are reasonable. I got an awesome foot massage along with my pedicure. I will definitely be going back.

Every time I've called they have gotten me in! I appreciate that service! I've always had quality work done whether a manicure or pedicure or both. Very professional, very clean and just a beautiful salon. It's in a strip mall with plenty of parking. They accept credit cards and you can leave a tip on top of that too! Sometimes that's not always the case. I think this will be my regular spot from now on. read more

Update on update: I returned the next day because I needed the owner to see the difference from last time when he did me toes to when his tech did my toes. He immediately sat me down & removed the polish from all toes, even though I asked for the big toes only, he buffed & reshaped the nails, painted then with the nail polish I brought in the day before & refunded a small portion of my money. I was happy with the genuine customer service & satisfied with the results. Update: Why can't businesses be consistent It took a minute but I think I've found a keeper. Yesterday I was anxious to find a nail salon that gave good pedicures. It wasn't pressing & I didn't have big plans but I needed to find one on the east side of town. Granted Serene Nails is way Far East it's a lot better than traveling to Avon for a nice pedi. My apologies, I digress. Any who, the nail techs did an awesome job, especially since my toenails are very brittle & somewhat non-existent. I explained that I needed an acrylic nail on my toe. To my confusion, he placed an actual long fake nail (for a wide thumb) on my toe . But when they were done the results were fabulous!!! If I could give a zero I would. I showed a photo of a basic acrylic French tips, twice. He told me to put it away, "he had it." The nails were cut way too short. I didn't want to be difficult so I told him RIGHT away so he wouldn't have to redo more than one. They were still too short. They were barely filed on the sides as you can see. Then I was charged 45$ I've never been charged that much except for ombré. I asked to see a price list and he refused. He wouldn't fix my nails either. I told him I've never paid that much for French tips and he said word for word, "You're WRONG, go to any nail salon around here, it is the same price." I've since looked around and not one store charges that..this is after 9 days...my nails do grow fast. read more

Y'all I HATE leaving not so great reviews but my experience was awful. This isn't my go to location but I had just finished visiting with my mom and this place was on the way home. I walked in and The gentleman was nice said hello. He handed me the basket of nail swatches. I chose what I wanted. The woman who was doing my nails said they were out of that color. I looked at her funny and asked are you sure? She insisted. They weren't out of that color I had just picked up the FULL bottle of polish and was looking at it. I told her and I grabbed it and handed it to her. She immediately seemed very annoyed. The gentleman said "Ohh she's going to be picky" I responded "I am!" Kind of rude but I brushed it off. We sat down and I showed her a photo from Pinterest of what I wanted. She insisted I needed dip to get the color. I told her several times I can't use the dip because my nails are a little on the flimsy side. She just kept saying "I know... I know" she had finished clipping the tips and then pulled her phone out and started texting...... Um ok.... a few people walked in and she sighed. So I ended up with dip and my nails look awful. She slopped on the topcoat and didn't clean up any of the dip or topcoat off of my cuticle or finger. I noticed it and tried to get it off my cuticle as I was walking out and it took a big chunk out. So I walk back in and the gentleman said "Look everyone. She's back" I showed him what I was back for and he "fixed" it and said the reason the topcoat ended up on my finger is because I didn't lay my thumb flat. If y'all have ever gotten your nails done and used the gel setting lights you know it is impossible to lay your thumbs FLAT. My nails are bumpy and not at all smooth. I spent $60 on them! As I was leaving the gentleman said to everyone (about 6 people) oh she'll be back in 2 min. Awful! Awful! Awful! read more

Chose this nail salon because it was close to my home but I wish I would have spent the time to drive elsewhere. Took my daughter in the middle of the day. There were no other clients in there. My young daughter was getting her first mani/pedi. They had a cute chair and that was probably the best part of the whole experience. The lady who did her nails, was busy TEXTING as she was painting my daughters fingers. She would paint a few, then stop to text. Right in front of her and right in front of me. Not caring how inappropriate, rude, and unprofessional this was. So disappointed and we won't be back. :( read more

This place is right around the corner from my house so I figured I'd give it a try since it was Thursday afternoon around 3:30 and I wanted to beat the weekend crowd at my usual place. I had to have partial gel removed from my natural nail because I tried to remove it myself and that was a bad idea since I peeled my natural nail off of my thumb along with the gel polish. I'm giving a 3 star rating because the pros of this place is that it's clean, they have a lot polish colors to choose from and they were friendly. Now the cons.. the lady who actually did my nails (I think her name is Lisa) was friendly but, she was in such a hurry that I thought she was in a race with someone else to see who could finish faster. Then I realized there was someone waiting after me. She was also pretty rough when using the drill and flinging my hand around when she was ready to work on another nail. The gel is somewhat thick and clumpy which is a real pet peeve of mine since it's pretty expensive for just polish. And a pain to take on and off! She did notice me looking at them and asked if I liked the color. I told her "yes I like the COLOR" and I do like the color since I picked it out but the quality of my nails and polish are well below what I'd expect for paying $45 and tipping $5. I usually tip double that for a job I'm happy with. Not to mention my thumb nail is crooked. I understand working quickly, but I don't liked to be rushed in and out, especially if the job isn't quality work! Slow down and be attentive to the job you are doing so you can gain new customers. Not lose them. Needless to say, I WILL NOT be returning to this place again. read more

Super nice and caring! I came in at 5:30 and wanted a gel pedicure and SNS manicure. I am aware those both take long so I offered to do one today, come back tomorrow (I live right around the corner). I was told to have a seat as all the nail techs were busy. Waited maybe 15 minutes max! The man who was doing my pedicure was super nice and helped me make a decision on what color I to choose (I'm super indecisive) They're finishing up now (6:42) and I offered to come back again tomorrow to do the manicure. They wouldn't let me, and will do my nails tonight. HOW NICE! Had to deduct a star: didn't wear gloves during the pedicure and didn't wash hands afterward then moved on to finish another pedicure without gloves. read more

I stopped here a while back for an emergency broken nail just before close. They happily helped me and fixed my nail before my trip. I decided to come back and get a fill with Tim the next time. The people here are some of the kindest I have met when getting my nails done. No doubt they are personable and more reasonably priced then any of the salons I have gotten a pedicure from in recent years. I have seen reviews that are not to great a couple of days after services in terms of polish staying nice and things of that nature, I will revisit this review and update if I have issues with this in the next few days. I did bring my own polish and I did have lots of anxiety about how my nails were clipped because I specifically said I didn't want them clipped short due to history of ingrown toenails but honestly I kinda felt like that was ignored and she proceeded to clip and shape my nails her own even thou I said something 6 times. I will keep you posted but I do recommend this nail salon for its kindness and cleanliness. Update: my polish stayed on great and I have had no problems with ingrown toenails or anything else so I will be returning to this salon. read more

Very nice staff, but the quality was not good at all. They used a drill to remove the old gel, but sanded down a layer of my nail along with it. Paint on my fingers and cuticles in spots, but the edge of several nails had no paint at all. Good hand massage, pretty clean, but the attention to detail just wasn't there. read more

They take appointments and always try to fit someone in if it doesn't take away from the other clients. First the place is empty and the two ladies who were working there were really rude, didn't even try to offer small talk, and was very curt with me. But mainly she saw my designer bag and saw dollar signs because she tried to over price me. When I walked in there is no signs or menus on what they have available for services and prices. Secondly, when I asked how much a regular mani cost she said $17 but I wanted French tip- nothing fancy not powder just good old fashioned polish, and she paused and was like $25. Okay.. steep but sure. Until when I was drying my nails I noticed a book where they kept how much they charge and it said $17 for a basic manicure and $5 extra for French... that's $22 not $25. When I confronted her about this she became even more rude and said bs about supply and demand and how everyone charges at least $10 extra for French! Lol what?! In what universe?! I simply would never go anywhere else for my manicures and pedicures. Tim, the owner, makes every customer feel like family. The shop is beautiful and exceptionally clean, the atmosphere is relaxing and the technicians are incredibly skilled. I usually see Jenny, who is amazing, as she knows how to fix my painful, ingrown toenails and her leg and foot massage with the pedicure is such a treat.
