Today (around 11:30 AM), I had a very concerning encounter with a Serafin Plumbing van on the 210 freeway. Traffic was slowing due to road work, and I was already reducing speed from about 75 mph to around 70. I was bringing my wife home from a medical procedure, so I was driving cautiously and aware of the road conditions.
Despite this, the Serafin Plumbing driver came up behind me at high speed and began tailgating. Moments later, the driver abruptly cut in front of me with no turn signal and almost swiped my car's front end as if deliberately. Once traffic cleared, they accelerated to around 80-85 mph and continued driving aggressively changed lanes back and forth again.
This behavior was reckless and genuinely dangerous -- especially considering many people on the road may be in vulnerable situations, like we were. A commercial vehicle represents the company, and this level of disregard for safety reflects very poorly on Serafin Plumbing's professionalism. I would be very cautious about hiring a company whose drivers act this irresponsibly on the road. read more
