One yelp inquiry later within minutes, Cori and his team sent out Jason to help us out the next day (as we requested). We were given a window of 11 am - 1 pm and for the first time I've ever been given a window of arrival, Jason showed up promptly at 11 am. He went to work on inspection, giving recommendations, and then replacing the entire trifecta. We ran into some hiccups along the way where some pipe was dented from age and needed to be replaced and that was taken care of swiftly. We also have a napping newborn and he was miraculously able to sleep through the work and Jason was kind enough to work gently during the naps. After the job was done we chatted for a bit and he was on his way. Later that night I did notice a small leak coming from one of the couplings and Jason quickly returned the same night to fix the issue despite it being late. I even said we could wait until tomorrow but he insisted on getting to fixed. A quick fix later, all was well. I have working water pressure throughout the house and no more leaks. The wife and baby are very happy. Thank you to Jason for all the help and a huge thank you to Sonia for coordinating all this!! She was super quick on communication and was always patient and empathetic. And thank you to Cori for being on standby to support us through tonight. I firmly standby supporting your local businesses as they truly mold a community and help foster growth. So please don't hesitate to try and contact these fine people. I look forward to working with you all again should the dreaded day I have plumbing needs arise again

Truly an Honest Review -…read more First off, The Water Heater Company fixed the issue with the pilot light on our Rheem Professional water heater, which had been going out after hours or days of use. This had happened in the past when we first purchased the unit about four years ago. At that time, I replaced the burner assembly and control valve, and the problem was solved. I never found out the exact cause, but it was fixed. Fast forward to today, and the same issue started happening again. Unfortunately, I was away on business, and my wife was home with the kids, getting tired of relighting the pilot every morning and sometimes multiple times during the day. We called The Water Heater Company, and their service and communication were excellent. After diagnosing the issue, they contacted Rheem and ordered replacement parts under warranty: the burner assembly and control valve. They gave us three options: replace the two parts under warranty, replace the entire water heater, or install a tankless water heater. Because this is a very expensive unit that otherwise works well, we chose to repair it. Here's my honest opinion. As a fellow tradesman, I understand that skilled work is expensive. Still, the labor charge of $800 felt very high for what was essentially a warranty part replacement. The first visit took about an hour, and the second visit took around 50 minutes. I understand there's drive time, phone calls, office staff, insurance, tools, and scheduling overhead, but it still seemed excessive. Maybe I'm looking at it through the eyes of someone who usually handles these kinds of repairs myself, but I was away for an extended period and needed the problem resolved. So I'm torn on the rating. Quality of work: 10/10. Professionalism: 10/10. Price: 4/10. In the end, though, I paid for peace of mind and have the issue fixed correctly than save a little money and end up with a possible poor repair.

He sent Michael out to help me after the holiday and Michael helped with a few other things I needed advice on. I was in a bind moving in....and Michael was honest about a handy man doing some of the work to save on the cost, but I did not have the time and was tired of taking cold showers so I requested Michael do it as Alpine as they were more established. I appreciated the tip to save on cost, but chose to pay him to do all of it which required going back to the store to get materials to seal around the leak in the water heater cabinet outside. Good, honest, work, good people, great service. 5 star review for this company!

Gas valve issue -- pretty simple. The technician said it would take two weeks to get the part,…read morestarted with the lazy talk then immediately pushed replacing the entire water heater instead, quoting $2,700. That's ridiculous. We did not want to replace the whole unit; we only wanted the gas valve replaced. Instead of giving the customer what they were asking for, he offered no repair solution at all. Once we declined the full replacement, he simply said "okay, have a good day" and walked away. No attempt to do the repair, no effort to earn the business, and no interest in creating a recurring customer. Very frustrating experience. How do this companies stay in business, by upselling and taking advantage of customers that have a lack of knowledge UPDATE- The owner did reach out; however, if his principles of doing business were truly aligned with and reflected in how his company operates, the outcome would have been different. We ultimately purchased a new water heater and installed it ourselves -- $700 out of pocket. It was surprisingly easy with YouTube and AI guidance. Saved thousands. Their quote was $2,700, and another quote we received was $3,500. Paying those prices for a straightforward job simply didn't make sense. They want to upsell 2000%

Bravo zulu…read more The N-Gen squad rocked up and BREACHED the attic trap door with tool bags, STORMED the previous installation that held our home comfort hostage, IDENTIFIED the hostile tango (a wily unit with deceptive drainage), and neutralized the problem with EXTREME prejudice. I heard a POP-POP and the system went down. One shot in the plenum, one in the coil. They installed a democratically elected ruler of indoor comfort that is committed to equal airflow for all rooms. HVAC gone rogue? You could do worse than to get an estimate from The N-Gen. We'll keep them on speed dial while keeping their last names private in the review photos. They liberated our home from uncertain climate control. These service-minded mercs didn't even require us to pay the invoice in crypto. Hooyah. I love me some monthly payments in USD. Believe.

The filtration system itself has been excellent--while the replacement filters are somewhat expensive, the results are absolutely worth it. About a month ago, I called to order replacement filters and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with a representative named Maria. Not only was her communication unprofessional and frustrating, but despite the fact that I had already paid for the filters, I was left waiting nearly 28 days without receiving them or getting proper assistance. The experience was so poor that I seriously considered taking my business elsewhere, despite having spent nearly $3,000 with this company. Thankfully, when I later spoke with Keisha, she completely turned the situation around. She was friendly, professional, and highly efficient--and after speaking with her, my filters arrived within just 2 days. She reminded me that the rest of the team is actually very strong and customer-focused. Because of the excellent product and the other great team members, I'm giving 3 stars. However, the missing 2 stars are entirely due to the poor customer service experience I had with Maria. I hope management addresses this, because one negative employee should not overshadow an otherwise good company.
