These folks have been in business for 44 years and 85% of their customers are return customers. Today was the 2nd time I used them to pump my tank. They were friendly, helpful and the conversation was nice. I experienced great service on both calls. This is not a fly by night company...... 44 years in business. They did great work and I am 100% pleased with their service. I called Friday evening for an appointment & they were here on Monday. Yes, the lady who answers the phone is super friendly & kind. If I could give this company a 0 or a negative rating, I would. My mother scheduled an appointment with Septic Solutions, Inc (SS). earlier this month. We got back home and SS was already in our yard, digging the hole to start services without our permission. Moving forward, I step outside when I hear my mother talking to the owner about them not being able to turn the water (on the outside of the house) off; which at this point was spouting out of the faucet. Keep in mind, the faucet was fine before hand. The owner came inside to find the valve to turn the water off, but had no luck; so he asked for a water hose to stop the water. I told him it was a temporary solution, but the faucet still needed to be repaired or we could renegotiate the price of the services if we had to pay to get it repaired ourselves. Long story short, he undid the job; which was already done before he broke the handle and became irate. So much so that I had to call the cops to deescalate the situation, because he was fussing at me and telling my mother to tell me to shut my mouth...the guy had serious accountability issues and no conflict resolution skills. We ended up going with the Pink Plumber who not only had better customer service, but did the job for half the price too!! Plus, the Pink Plumber dug two holes and cleared out two tanks, where as; SS only dug one hole the day before and would've ripped us off! read more

I was reading the other comments, and there seems to be a pattern: the receptionist is nice, but the workers are rude. This was exactly what I experienced. I was writing them a check because they pumped my septic tank, and when I come outside to ask him who I should make the check out to, I overheard that he was talking about me. He was on the phone with someone and said "these people cannot make up their minds." While I understand that everyone is allowed to express their opinions, it is never professional to do when you are still on the job site. read more

They came to clean the septic tank and never complete there job there was a women that was very kind I called today and they was saying there was dirt inside the tank so they couldn't clean it out still charged us 600 dollars don't waste your time Half of our tank was was full we will never be using this service again it was a guy who answered today which was his brother they wanted to charge about 300 more dollars to clean it which was supposed "dirt" me and my dad had to open the tank and clean it our self It was toilet paper all together we took it out me and my dad cleaned it Saturday they came Thursday I called Saturday but they are "closed" he told me that I have been using the septic tank that Thursday and Friday and Saturday and Sunday but they are closed I was pissed how I'm I going to call you early on Friday or Thursday me and my dad both work we had time on Saturday don't try this service. read more

I called several companies to get quotes to have my tank pumped and chose Septic Solutions. I was informed of the price based on tank size and depth of the cover. When they came to work started talking about how I wanted the lawn to look when he finished and additional fees if the tank has a filter and I stopped him there before listening any more and sent him on his way. I asked for quotes and told the office I was shopping. I was told price depended on size and depth of the tank. I feel the company was deceptive by not giving full disclosure. I believe all modern systems have a two part tank and filter. I would not recommend this company because of this. They may do good work but in my opinion they lack integrity. read more

Septic Solutions arrived to my house and within 5 minutes left the house without completing any work. As soon as he arrived he started complaining on how he could access the backyard. We told him last time they parked on the street and ran the hose. He had major complaints about parking on the street. It only escalated from there. It seemed like he had his mind made up he didn't want to complete the job and left because we didn't want him to tear a yard up to pump out our septic tank. read more

I would give a 0 if it were an option. I called this company to pump my septic tank on my 11 year old house. Initially they were supposed to show up on Monday and did not without a call. On Tuesday, the very nice woman that answers the phone called and apologized that they did not show up and rescheduled me for Wednesday at 5pm. I received a call on Wednesday at 11:00 am stating that the guys would be at my home by 1pm. I explained that I had plans and she assured me that I could leave once they explained everything and I paid. The gentlemen in the truck met me in my driveway and we walked together to my backyard. One asked where my tank was and as I told him, he proceeded to tell me that I was wrong. He then asked for access to my basement which I gave him. After 10 minutes of silence I looked outside and the men and the truck were gone. I called the really nice woman and asked where they were and she apologized and said the guy texted her and told her to send him his next job. She could not tell me why they left nor if they would return and had no desire to do so. I asked her if I should call another company and she said yes! This company is very unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone hiring them. Anyone that takes up your time after having you wait for 2 days and then just leaves without a word is not meant for the business world. read more
