I…read moreinitially called another company which is our "go to" company for home repairs but thought I'd get a couple of quotes for this job and give Royal Flush a chance since they previously fixed our toilet and we haven't had any issues. They came out to quote at no charge (which is good b/c a lot of companies like to charge just to come look at the issue) and their plumber, Jack H., was professional, respectful and knowledgeable. Upon assessing the disposal, he recommended we replace the unit since it was leaking from the bottom of the unit, advising that they typically last 5-7 years and we've had ours for 10 years. Jack H. quoted me a competitive price and offered a 1-year warranty on the work, so I cancelled the other 2 appointments and let him do the job. He worked diligently and was very personable. Jack H. made sure everything was put together correctly with the new unit, made sure the pipes he loosened were tightened back up and he tested the unit to make sure it was working properly. He even showed me what I needed to do to unclog the unit should it get clogged. Everything seems to be working normally and I feel confident that should an issue arise regarding the disposal within the 1-year warranty period, Royal Flush will send Jack H. back out to handle it immediately. Based on our two experiences with Royal Flush, we would use them again!

I told him I had a previous company that came out but my toliet continues to get clogged and this time over flowed to downstairs . He told me that the issue could be in the pipes If I had some one to snake it and replace parts . He just proceeded to tell me what he think the issue is but could not look at anything unless the warranty company gave him permission. So he sat on my tub and got on the phone . He said the toliet was not clogged because I had unclogged it. I wanted them too check things out he refused to do anything but charge me 85. I asked can he snake it he says no ..can you change a part he said no ... so I preceded to say you came out and did NOTHING. He also had said if the warranty would not pay he would do the work with his company so at that point I knew i Was getting ripped off. I lost 85 and canceelled the service with Choice Warrenty lost money for doing that . On top of that the guy asked why I had an attitude he trying to help . I was very professional and just told Him I never had someone say they think this is the issue and did nothing else . They recommended a remediation company, and that company did perform the work. Unfortunately, that entire process turned into a complete nightmare and has caused ongoing issues. Later, I had contractors do some work and called Premier back out to check the plumbing. At that visit, they quoted me nearly $2,000 for work they claimed was necessary. Fortunately, I had another licensed plumber scheduled right after them, and that plumber confirmed that almost everything Premier said I needed was unnecessary. After reading other reviews, I'm now questioning whether I even needed the original remediation they recommended in the first place. Overall, the entire experience felt like a cycle of referrals, rising costs, and very little transparency. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious before using this company.

To imply that the other firm did something against code or improper is really low. They actually…read moreidentified the leak (which was above ground at the connection) and showed it to me with the bubbles as opposed to your team that couldn't find it and just wanted to dig everything up for a ton of money. The way the generator line was installed was pulling sideways on the stack putting too much pressure on the connection over time. They went and got the correct pipe and fittings to bring the connection over further to eliminate the side pressure on the gas stack and thereby correct the problem. All done with correct materials and above ground.

We had an intake line burst in the water heater closet in the house just before midnight recently…read more(not due to freezing). With water spraying into the closet, we quickly called around looking for a 24-hour plumber with decent ratings. Several of the more recognizable names in the area were not 24-hour, but Atlantis dispatched Tony S. with a 40-minute arrival time. Tony arrived, quickly assessed the situation and got the water shut off. Then, he went to work to replace the section of pipe. Suspecting a pressure problem, he ran those checks as well, ultimately finding the burst section of pipe was old and had weak or damage spots and the pressure was fine. He did point out some changes we might consider (previous owner had self-installed this water heater), but there was no high-pressure or dire warnings just to secure more work. Now, it was an emergency fix in the middle of the night, so I won't say it was cheap, but not sure what plumbing service is these days - we recently had other plumbing work done by another company & our jaw dropped at that bill. Tony was fast, friendly and got us back in business. We may have a new go-to plumber.
