I told him I had a previous company that came out but my toliet continues to get clogged and this time over flowed to downstairs . He told me that the issue could be in the pipes If I had some one to snake it and replace parts . He just proceeded to tell me what he think the issue is but could not look at anything unless the warranty company gave him permission. So he sat on my tub and got on the phone . He said the toliet was not clogged because I had unclogged it. I wanted them too check things out he refused to do anything but charge me 85. I asked can he snake it he says no ..can you change a part he said no ... so I preceded to say you came out and did NOTHING. He also had said if the warranty would not pay he would do the work with his company so at that point I knew i Was getting ripped off. I lost 85 and canceelled the service with Choice Warrenty lost money for doing that . On top of that the guy asked why I had an attitude he trying to help . I was very professional and just told Him I never had someone say they think this is the issue and did nothing else . I will tell all my friends and family not to use Premium PLumbling or Choice Warrenty . Worst experience ever lost 85.00 in fifteen minutes and the guy did NOTHING!!! It's sad the way these companies rip off WOMEN. Keithlyn Smith

This was the second time I dealt with Premier Plumbing. The first time, I had water coming from…read moreunderneath my floor, and they were the ones who told me I needed a full remediation. They recommended a remediation company, and that company did perform the work. Unfortunately, that entire process turned into a complete nightmare and has caused ongoing issues. Later, I had contractors do some work and called Premier back out to check the plumbing. At that visit, they quoted me nearly $2,000 for work they claimed was necessary. Fortunately, I had another licensed plumber scheduled right after them, and that plumber confirmed that almost everything Premier said I needed was unnecessary. After reading other reviews, I'm now questioning whether I even needed the original remediation they recommended in the first place. Overall, the entire experience felt like a cycle of referrals, rising costs, and very little transparency. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious before using this company.

I've been dealing with the repercussions of subpar work from Hope and the Flamingo crew for several…read moremonths now. Though our working relationship began with clear communication and quick turnaround, by the time the work was finished and issues began to arise, communication halted on their end. 8 months ago, I had them install a sewer pump and connect my house to the city's sewer line. There were some initial issues with the pump, but after a couple weeks of persistence on my end, they finally came out to fix the issues that they were able to (though, they didn't move the pump to where it was planned to be, but I had to let that go). A couple months later, the city's inspector told me that the sewer lines they used were not to code (2in sewer main instead of MINIMUM required 3in). I tried to get in contact with Hope for several days with no response, until my attorney sent her a letter. At that point, she was immediately able to bring the pipes up to code at no additional charge. Now, 8 months after the initial installation, my pump that they installed which services my whole house and is supposed to have a 7-10 year lifespan is not running at all. My calls are going to voicemail and my texts are going unanswered, much like they did when I tried to contact about previous issues. I'm dealing with a total plumbing failure that's impacting my entire house, and I'm being ghosted. In fact, I see that Hope responded to several google reviews 6 hours ago today despite not answering my texts or calls. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you expect timely communication and lasting workmanship.

She and her team came out the day after my call and in just a week had new floats installed, new pumps ordered and delivered, the tank cleaned out, the old pumps out and new pumps in, and advice dispensed on how to get the old control panel fixed or replaced, without paying the $7800 our first panel replacement bid had requested. She was always kind, calm, and competent and I recommend her without reservation. Her prices are very fair and we'll have her back for routine maintenance to ensure that these pumps hold up.
