The next day I received a call from Premium to set up an appointment for the repairs. The following day a plumber came to replace the faulty valve but noticed a large amount of water had seeped under the vanity, possibly under the tile and onto the cement slab floor. He suggested a mitigation company to determine if any further damage occurred which could eventually cause mold. I received a call from Matthew Cavander, Premium Plumbing & Septic, who came the following day to evaluate the situation. After testing with a meter which indicated high counts and not knowing if water seeped under the tile floor, he suggested about three days of mitigation to remove any water issues. He thoroughly explained the steps of the mitigation process. The following day the process started by covering my wood flooring leading from the front door to the master bathroom. The damaged vanity and toilet were removed and machinery was installed for approximately. Under Matthew's supervision someone came every day with a meter for testing. During the whole process, every time I contacted Matthew with a question/concern he always called or texted me immediately. Since this was also an insurance claim, Premium filed all the necessary documentation with my insurance company. Also, when the insurance adjuster came to evaluate the claim, Matthew made it a point to be here to speak with him. Premium Plumbing is definitely a five-star company and I would use them again for my plumbing needs.

I told him I had a previous company that came out but my toliet continues to get clogged and this time over flowed to downstairs . He told me that the issue could be in the pipes If I had some one to snake it and replace parts . He just proceeded to tell me what he think the issue is but could not look at anything unless the warranty company gave him permission. So he sat on my tub and got on the phone . He said the toliet was not clogged because I had unclogged it. I wanted them too check things out he refused to do anything but charge me 85. I asked can he snake it he says no ..can you change a part he said no ... so I preceded to say you came out and did NOTHING. He also had said if the warranty would not pay he would do the work with his company so at that point I knew i Was getting ripped off. I lost 85 and canceelled the service with Choice Warrenty lost money for doing that . On top of that the guy asked why I had an attitude he trying to help . I was very professional and just told Him I never had someone say they think this is the issue and did nothing else . I will tell all my friends and family not to use Premium PLumbling or Choice Warrenty . Worst experience ever lost 85.00 in fifteen minutes and the guy did NOTHING!!! They sent two plumbers and one called himself a senior...they both looked at the leak and said that it was completely dry and they couldn't find a leak...becoz the upstairs bathroom sits right above where the leak was he said it could have been due to water running down the shower to the floor and since no one was using the upstairs shower anymore the problem must have fixed itself...and i need to caulk the sides of the tub to ensure there was no leak in the future... He never cut open the ceiling where the leak was and pls note it was not a small one and was still looking wet when they came and went but it was so high up that I couldn't just touch it and see....the company charged me 200 USD for the visit and the problem apparently didn't exist.,...in all this my mistake was that I didn't climb up the ladder to investigate while they were still there. Later in the week I asked my husband to climb up the ladder and look/feel the leak one more time before i called someone to patch up the ceiling ( there was a small whole the size of a baby's palm from all the prodding) and Lo and behold, it was still wet...there was no way a seasoned plumber could have missed that....I was so frustrated. The senior plumber, while he was there, all the while kept discussing his parallel business as a contractor and why I should hire him to renovate the bathroom. After a couple of days I called another plumber to fix a gas line and also showed him the leak he immediately diagnosed the problem as a pin hole leak( it was extremely extremely small ) and charged me 275 to fix it. I logged a complaint with Laura of United Installers plumbing that their Technician's very not professional( for trying to upsell me bathroom reno) and lousy at what they did....she promised I will get my money back but she never sent me the check after repeated follow ups. Every time there was some excuse or the other.. I would request all future customers to be vary of the quality of technicians they send. Pls don't waste your money on these good for nothing plumbers. I've been dealing with the repercussions of subpar work from Hope and the Flamingo crew for several…read moremonths now. Though our working relationship began with clear communication and quick turnaround, by the time the work was finished and issues began to arise, communication halted on their end. 8 months ago, I had them install a sewer pump and connect my house to the city's sewer line. There were some initial issues with the pump, but after a couple weeks of persistence on my end, they finally came out to fix the issues that they were able to (though, they didn't move the pump to where it was planned to be, but I had to let that go). A couple months later, the city's inspector told me that the sewer lines they used were not to code (2in sewer main instead of MINIMUM required 3in). I tried to get in contact with Hope for several days with no response, until my attorney sent her a letter. At that point, she was immediately able to bring the pipes up to code at no additional charge. Now, 8 months after the initial installation, my pump that they installed which services my whole house and is supposed to have a 7-10 year lifespan is not running at all. My calls are going to voicemail and my texts are going unanswered, much like they did when I tried to contact about previous issues. I'm dealing with a total plumbing failure that's impacting my entire house, and I'm being ghosted. In fact, I see that Hope responded to several google reviews 6 hours ago today despite not answering my texts or calls. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you expect timely communication and lasting workmanship.

Hope was so responsive and knowledgeable. She and her team came out the day after my call and in just a week had new floats installed, new pumps ordered and delivered, the tank cleaned out, the old pumps out and new pumps in, and advice dispensed on how to get the old control panel fixed or replaced, without paying the $7800 our first panel replacement bid had requested. She was always kind, calm, and competent and I recommend her without reservation. Her prices are very fair and we'll have her back for routine maintenance to ensure that these pumps hold up.
