Initially, Sterling told me that there would be no one available until Monday morning, but offered me info on another company if I wanted to check with them instead. What's more, to make sure everything was well and truly addressed, the boss himself stopped by on his way to a birthday party to offer a little oversight, hands-on assistance, and some on-the-job staff training.
