He showed me the inside with a flash light and gave lots of advice after he had clear everything out. I like that he was friendly, efficient and had a flat easy price. I Had septic pumping LA /The owncome out he had brought his truck which was a 1000 gallons come out on 3/24/21 @@ 8:45 pm the tech had a hard time getting his equipment over our wall then the opening we finally got it opened he supposedly cleaned it all out in 10 minutes which usually takes 30min and then I told him about the seepage opening and he said we don't have to clean it you never need to ..I was like yes we have in the pass why shouldn't we he also said that we need a new seepage it needs to be replaced and all this bull crap LIES which No one has ever told me this ..I usually go through SHORLINE SEPTIC WHO IS GREAT AND NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS...but was out off town for 2weeks so I had no choice to try someone which was a big mistake who was lazy and supposedly cleaned out the tank which is Over flowing the next morning I asked him to show me how full it was and he brush me off NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN BEFORE....I called him a few times and Texted No response..I called him from a different number and exchanged a few words I told him to come out and pump the rest out and then he tried Black mailing me tellIng me he is go to call the HEALTH DEPARTMENT ON ME ....How is he going to call the health department on me when he is the problem not doing his job right!!!! he is one of those SHAMMER....DO NOT USE HIM read more

Once my wife and I contacted George (in the late evening and across town from his base) he immediately put us at ease and rushed over to size up our septic tank, which had been causing some fairly dramatic clogging in one of our 2 restrooms over several days. He listened patiently to our description of how the issues had manifested themselves, then asked some clarifying questions and started examining various aspects of the septic system and explaining in detail how it functions, and what might be the likely cause of the problem (aging system and plant roots infiltrating and degrading the system). He talked likely prices with us and we oK'd the work. The next morning (today, X-mas day) he arrived early with a colleague and they worked precisely and quickly and even put up with our slightly hyperactive canine repeatedly sticking her nose in over and over. For their expertise and genuine caring for clients I can only say that it would be impossible to find better results and an overall experience than what we recieved today. read more

We didn't actually get to use their service but feel compelled to say that George took our call on Christmas Eve at 4:30PM. He was scheduled to come at 7PM. We ended up fixing an electrical issue which cleared our tank and thus didn't need George. My septic tank filled up after only six months. These guys came out and did a great job for the best price. They did not mention on their website that they charge a fee for cards. When they told me that they would have to charge me a fee I told them that nobody told me this upfront. So they took responsibility (so rare these days) and took payment without the fee. Jorge came out on a moment's notice. When he arrived and our septic tank required a special tool, he raced to the hardware store before they closed and got the necessary tool. Once he saw the system, he was very honest about it not requiring pumping. Then we found a manhole that was partially covered by a potted plant and discovered it was definitely in need of pumping.
