I had just bought a house and had Jose do an inspection of the sewer pipes. The seller indicated that it had been completely replaced, but unfortunately lied about it. Jose was very accommodating. We needed our toilet fixed because it was making whistling noises all day and night for a few weeks. We even lost sleep over it! Jose came to fix it and replaced the valve in the process. I was referred to Jose by another plumber (Andy from Andy's Plumbing and Rooter), and he was fantastic. He showed up that night, at practically 10pm, to take a look at our shower handle. Once he realized he didn't have the part he needed, he went someplace where he could try to find it THAT NIGHT, on a holiday weekend! When he wasn't able to locate it, he hit the stores first-thing Sunday morning and was at our place just after 12pm noon, with our shower in working order before 1pm.
