I've never paid more than about $500 for my 1,000 gallon septic tank to be pumped, so their price of $485 to pump my tank (0-1,000 gallons) seemed reasonable. When they went there they pumped my tank, said it was 2,000 gallons and tried to convince my contractor to approve them coming out for 2-3 more truckloads to pump our seepage pit (which should be empty or nearly empty as nobody had used it in months) the total cost would have been $3,000-4000!!! I called them on my break and said I didn't agree to anything over $485 and he threatened to go back and dump everything into my seepage pit which would ruin it. In short, these guys are crooks. DO NOT GiVE THEM YOUR MONEY!
