I mean really guys, how hard is it to find a great gift for your lady in a place that only sells great smelling stuff for the ladies?!?!? The staff at this location are always great, very helpful, and while they might try to upsell you a bit, it is almost always because there is some kind of BOGO or buy 2 get one free deal going on. I have honestly made trips to the Rockaway Mall JUST to buy something here that I know my wife will love...and it's a great place for kids to buy stuff for Mom too!

They were so nice when we arrived. They took our coats and seated us right away. Robyn did my hair while my daughter waited. I am very wishy-washy and never know what I want. If I do know what I want, it usually looks stupid on me. I trusted Robyn to do her thing, and she did. It looked fantastic. It lasted all night and everyone complimented it. My daughter got her hair done while I went off to make-up. I believe it was a Kaila who did it, and I'm so sorry that I'm not positive. She came to me looking absolutely adorable with braids and curls. Her hair also lasted the entire evening. My makeup was done by Cassidy, who is just the sweetest. While I shopped, a young couple came in, immediately got much better service and attention and, after buying a few things (I think they spent about $30) got a handful of free samples. When I checked out, I received no free samples and, despite knowing that I was buying gifts, they didn't offer gift wrapping or a gift bag. Hmmmm? Not sure why... These folks have lots of nice products, but they sell stuff at list price. I can save money by going elsewhere so when I shop in a high end shop, I expect the service to compensate for the higher prices. I'm disappointed that these folks miss that point.
