With how cold and dry it's been lately I hadn't realized I had kicked my Lip Butter for my purse so I had to pick one up. The store is bright, spacious and nicely laid out. When we entered, Bridget greeted us and struck up a conversation. (Talk Lushie to me!) The store manager, Emme, even knew the store manager at my local shop in Chicago! Yet they were out of stock of all shades of the new Rare Beauty Positive Light Silky Touch Highlighters. They did have them there to check the shades which works for me. So it's up in the air whether it will be in stock but worth a try. They don't carry all brands, but it's most of the familiar ones like Make Up For Ever, Rare Beauty, Tarte, Too Faced, Milk, Estée Lauder, Laura Mercier, Fenty Beauty, Drunk Elephant, First Aid Beauty, Tatcha, etc. I'm just naming a few. I came in on a Saturday evening just was curious to look around. Ended up having a blast and tried plenty of foundations, found my shade and was able to Love it in the Sephora app so I could save it for later. Their product, belief system, and impeccable fragrances made me a fan at first sniff! They've been around since 2006 and have taken the fragrance industry by storm with innovation, creativity, passion, and love for all things perfume. The smells are out-of-this-world, unique & original. I highly recommend the City Collection as well as the Home Collection (candles to die for). There are a few locations throughout Manhattan...however, this flagship/original location remains my favorite. It is after all where I fell in love with their product. Highly-skilled and caring folks who aren't just after a sale but really want you to be your happiest. True artistry. The idea (or brand if you will) was first developed in France by two friends and this location in Nolita was actually their first lab.
