We saw Dr. Tahari today and she was so gentle, friendly, and calm. Then April, hygienist, did the cleaning and flouride treatment and was also very gentle and friendly. I was so surprised at how calm and forthcoming my daughter was during the entire visit. My daughter's first visit back in Mar was challenging as my daughter was crying and scared which was expected due to the new environment. During that visit, the staff were great as well, Dr. Matt worked quickly to examine her teeth, and the hygenist managed to get in a quick brush and flouride treatment. Staff were supportive of me, the mom, knowing how hard and stressful these milestones can be. Highly recommend this great office!

I came across Rossy Pediatric Dentistry through my insurance website and got to work. I couldn't believe that every site I searched for reviews on I wasn't able to find anything but five star review after five star review. It has to be too good to be true right? Wrong. I called to make an appointment, one of the nicest receptionists I've ever spoken with. Making my appointment was a breeze, and I was able to submit my paperwork online through their website. I hadn't even step foot in the building and I already felt at ease, I knew I had made the right call. Upon entering the office I was greeted by a smiling face and found the office to be perfectly decorated. It's clean, streamlined, and kid friendly with a safari theme throughout. I had barely finished signing the paperwork I had previously submitted and we were called back for my daughters appointment. The dental hygienist was AMAZING with my daughter. She took the time to explain everything that was happening and what she would be doing. Plus my daughter got to watch Wreck It Ralph on Netflix on a TV mounted directly over the chair while having her teeth cleaned. The safari theme is carried throughout the office into the exam rooms and X-ray room. As with her cleaning, when x-rays needed to be done, everything was throughly explained and my daughter was completely at ease. Finally, we got to see Dr. Steph. Like everyone else in the office, SPECTACULAR! Dr. Steph saw my daughters Elsa shirt and immediately asked if she was Princess Elsa. You couldn't ask for her to be better with kids. Needless to say, my five year old came home and asked to go back to the dentist tomorrow (is this even my child!?) Look no further, this is where you want to take your kids.

I had no pain or symptoms and said that and Ho got belligerent and somebody to I me with an attitude. I k eft and schedule a second opinion with another large dentist office. After a second set of X-rays I was informed there is no cavity and needed nothing to be done to the tooth. In the stock market they call this "churning", the act of promoting unnecessary sales. I called Seidner to speak with Jo but he was too busy to come to the phone , and I never received a return call.

A dental assistant named Nicole was completely out of line. I had to deal with her twice giving the benefit of the doubt the first time. She emotionally dumped all over me with personal and professional complaints both times. She insulted my teeth, asking about stains (most people ask how I get my teeth so white) and making me feel bad on purpose. She constantly crossed physical boundaries, leaning directly over my body and pressing up against my chest during a procedure, which was entirely unnecessary. Furthermore, she spent the appointment complaining and trying to gaslight me into thinking I was the problem, when I was simply trying to relax and get my teeth cleaned. I actually had to sit up in the chair and tell her to please stop talking and focus on cleaning my teeth just to get through the service. She passive aggressively scraped the plague in a forceful manner so I could hear all her hard work. When I complained to management about Nicole's unprofessional behavior, nothing was done. No apology or anything. The billing practices are also dishonest. I was told twice by the office staff that bringing my daughter in would incur zero out-of-pocket costs. Instead, I was hit with surprise bills totaling over $300 each time. When I brought this up, the office manager offered nothing but excuses and attempted to guilt-trip me for holding a basic boundary regarding their staff's lies. To top it off, the actual dental work was sub-par. A crown put in by the owner fell out multiple times shortly after completion, forcing me to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket at a new practice to have his mistake entirely redone. They constantly pester patients for 5-star reviews, but this practice does not deserve them. Go somewhere else.

I was told certain services were covered by my insurance, only to be charged later--without warning. I was promised call-backs that never happened. I had to chase them down repeatedly, and even then, the information I received was inconsistent and unclear. The final straw was when I asked to understand the charges and why they had changed. Instead of addressing my concerns, the accountant immediately told me--before I even had a chance to fully explain my disagreement--that I should "take my business somewhere else if I'm not happy." Completely dismissive and unprofessional. I expected honest communication and respect as a patient. Instead, I felt misled and ignored. I would strongly caution anyone considering this office--look elsewhere if you value clear billing, follow-up, and being treated with basic courtesy.

The office staff was very welcoming and the Receptionist Nelly and the whole front desk staff make u feel comfortable from the moment u walk in.
