The office is very clean and everyone is super friendly. What impressed me the most was the actual work performed, the dentist working on me was very diligent, careful and in the end did a fantastic job. I never had my teeth cleaned so well, with other dentist it was in and out but not here. The cleaning and check up last close to 45 minutes and it was a pleasure sitting in that chair. This is my new dentist :)

We saw Dr. Tahari today and she was so gentle, friendly, and calm. Then April, hygienist, did the cleaning and flouride treatment and was also very gentle and friendly. I was so surprised at how calm and forthcoming my daughter was during the entire visit. My daughter's first visit back in Mar was challenging as my daughter was crying and scared which was expected due to the new environment. During that visit, the staff were great as well, Dr. Matt worked quickly to examine her teeth, and the hygenist managed to get in a quick brush and flouride treatment. His behavior was completely inappropriate and unacceptable around children. He made disturbing, borderline abusive comments to the kids--including mocking their names and making them feel uncomfortable and ashamed. The way he looked at them and spoke to them was unsettling, and absolutely not the behavior of someone who should be trusted to work with children.To make matters worse, the dentist did nothing to stop or correct him. Allowing someone like that to continue working in a pediatric dental office is dangerous. Kids are supposed to feel safe, respected, and cared for--not judged, belittled, or made to feel unsafe.While the rest of the staff is kind and professional, Youssef is a serious problem. His behavior is not just unprofessional--it raises red flags that should not be ignored. He should not be anywhere near children. Parents, be aware.

They then told us the Dr. was running late so they would have to cancel our appointment. What!? The Dr. is late and we are arriving to out appointment on time-how does this make sense? We were nice enough to do a courtesy phone call to tell them our arrival time. I had to pick up my daughter from daycare for this appointment. Definitely do not recommend this company, as they are unprofessional and definitely do not put the needs of the clients first. Don't waste your time!

She literally walked my 8 year old through every part of his checkup. That included showing him all of the tools she was going to use and what each did. When he was done he was relieved and said he would go back to the dentist anytime. It was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone.
