I have been from…read moredentist office to dentist office... and they all have failed me... from doing poor work..to offering plans to help me but instead, they made matters worse.. all the way to making me feel like I was a paycheck sitting in their chair - giving me a real negative feeling anytime I had to get work done. Until now... I had some major dental work that needed to be done. I went on many consultations. I heard all kinds of different ways these dentists were going to give me the best treatment and do what was best for me.. in the back of my head and the pit of my stomach they all just seems off. Their explanations were harsh and it seemed like they didn't care. Until I met Dr. Di Lauri. From the moment I sat down with him, he was kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me my options and he made sure I was well informed. What really hit home for me was when he whole heartedly said to me "we're a team and we're in this together" What dentist has ever said that?? For me, it meant the world... like FINALLY someone cared. So I decided to give Dr. Di Lauri a chance. After a few appointments of getting X-rays etc... I became excited to start my treatment with him. Every visit was excellent. And let me tell you.. I usually DREAD going to the dentist.. I started my treatment with him and my first appointment took about 5 hours. The entire time I felt at ease. He constantly asked me if I was ok and if I had any pain. He talked me through the process, explaining everything he was doing. He handled my dental work with confidence and compassion. As a patient of many dentists, I have never said or felt that way before! Not only did Dr. Di Lauri do an amazing job, the work he did exceeded my expectations. He has literally given me my confidence back and has given me the ability to smile again .. like really, truly SMILE! I could rave on and on. The point is, if you've had horror stories about other dentists and you've just about given up on finding the right one... don't give up hope, Dr. Di Lauri is your guy!! Both Dr. Di Lauri and his office staff are truly the best I have ever seen.. and I've seen a lot! I would ONLY recommend Dr. Di Lauri to anyone and everyone I know who needs any kind of dental work. I have happily been a patient for Dr Campolattaro for many years. Six months ago I had an…read moreappointment and saw only the dental tech. I was told Dr Campolattaro was not in . I had not been advised of this prior to my appointment but thought he must of had an emergency and this was a one off. Yesterday I had an appointment at 10:30 with Dr Campolattaro and after the cleaning was told Dr Campolattaro was not yet in and to wait in the waiting room for his arrival. I paid for the visit and made my next appointment and went to the waiting room. After waiting at least 40 minutes I went to the desk and was advised he was not going to be until 12:15 pm. I told them I had to leave for another appointment and could not wait. I was asked it I wanted to make another appointment to see the doctor. Why this was my appointment? I proceeded to my next Doctors appointment and after relaying my story he told me I should let the doctor office know how unhappy I was . Today I called and not only did I not get I am sorry I got told that when I made the appointment for yesterday I was told Dt Campollataro would not be in till 12 :15. That is just an out right lie. I do not want to spend 2 hours ( of which 1 1/2 hours waiting in the waiting room. She had no excuse why he was not there 6 months ago. So my advice to anyone if you want to pay for a periodontist do not book an appointment there before asking if the Doctor was in. I am writing this negative review because I am so annoyed with receptionist stating that I was told this. Poor customer service.

Let me just say, they don't care about the patient experience in the least. As a new patient I felt rushed, dismissed and totally unsure of their abilities. At my initial cleaning and consult they told me I should move a tooth (that I didn't think should be moved in my own opinion) because it would be "fun" for the dentists to "try out." When I waited three months for have a consult with the oral surgeon, dentist and ortho all together to maybe move that "fun" tooth, only one of them showed up...then when I was told by the oral surgeon it wouldn't be in my best interest to move it then made me see the ortho to convince me otherwise. This is all while I waited 3 hours....while they passed me from exam room to billing to the waiting room back to the exam room...with zero communication between the professionals who are supposed to know what's going on. I told them I was uncomfortable about how this was all being handled, the billing woman laughed it off "we're not usually like this!!" Then...even after that I was going to go to my root canal appointment I booked three months in advance since that was their first opening...they call me 9 days before my appointment (that I already scheduled myself off work for) to tell me the dentist was no longer available that day..... I had no pain or symptoms and said that and Ho got belligerent and somebody to I me with an attitude. I k eft and schedule a second opinion with another large dentist office. After a second set of X-rays I was informed there is no cavity and needed nothing to be done to the tooth. In the stock market they call this "churning", the act of promoting unnecessary sales. I called Seidner to speak with Jo but he was too busy to come to the phone , and I never received a return call.
