That consultation resulted in saving a tooth that my previous dentist had recommended extracting. Since then, I have been treated by Dr. Goldberg and Dr. Slobodian for routine and restorative procedures. They have always taken the time to discuss my treatment options and explain the procedures in detail so that I could make an informed decision. Patient satisfaction is their goal and they consistently exceed my expectations. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. Linda always greets you with a smile and handles any administrative matter with professionalism. The office has state of the art equipment and is so clean and comfortable I wouldn't go anywhere else! I was very nervous and had my hands up near my head, he pulled my hands down to my sides and pulled my head back. He gave me Novocain and pull the tooth out I had some questions but he told me he couldn't answer my questions, I would have to make an another appointment with the original dentist, I didn't get any instructions about how to care for the extraction site, I had to google the instructions, so don't rinse for the first 24 hours, don't drink through a straw and no spitting, so thanks to google I was provided after care instructions. Many people are fearful of the dentist; he told me that I was abnormal. This is so unprofessional, and I will never go back, so if you're a chicken like I am you must avoid Dr Ira Goldberg.

I can truly say they put your comfort above all. I came on a Friday for a consult with the doctor. I saw Dr. Shannon Ellermeyer and she had outstanding bedside manner and was kind and honest. She explained possible treatment options and they printed me pricing for both possibilities with a breakdown of insurance contribution. I scheduled with the front desk for the following Monday to actually come back for the work which could be either a filling or a root canal. They told me nitrous was complementary because my comfort was important. My mind was blown. I had literally never been offered nitrous, even when expressing anxiety about numbing injections to previous dentists. When I came back Monday, the appointment took about an hour but most of that was spent making sure I was comfortable before she started! With the nitrous I didn't even feel the injections and then she checked before she started the work. Outstanding. She told me what she was doing. I was lucky and it was just a filling and it was quick and efficient. The assistant even had chapstick and applied it for me when my lips got dry during! That was a really nice touch and one more way they made sure my physical comfort was taken care of. It was pouring the day I came and along with the umbrella I got as a new patient (that I had forgotten, OF COURSE!) they have a stash at the door for you to use and bring back the next time you come. I got back in two weeks for a cleaning and I can honestly say, I have no worries. Not even bad news could take away from how pleasant this office is. Even the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. I'm glad this place exists.

Dr. Shannon (dentist), Julia (hygienist), and Jocelyn (dental assistant) were really outstanding and made sure it was good every step of the way. I just hope I didn't talk to their ears off.

My story is like the story of many others out there when it comes to the dentist. I have been from…read moredentist office to dentist office... and they all have failed me... from doing poor work..to offering plans to help me but instead, they made matters worse.. all the way to making me feel like I was a paycheck sitting in their chair - giving me a real negative feeling anytime I had to get work done. Until now... I had some major dental work that needed to be done. I went on many consultations. I heard all kinds of different ways these dentists were going to give me the best treatment and do what was best for me.. in the back of my head and the pit of my stomach they all just seems off. Their explanations were harsh and it seemed like they didn't care. Until I met Dr. Di Lauri. From the moment I sat down with him, he was kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me my options and he made sure I was well informed. What really hit home for me was when he whole heartedly said to me "we're a team and we're in this together" What dentist has ever said that?? For me, it meant the world... like FINALLY someone cared. So I decided to give Dr. Di Lauri a chance. After a few appointments of getting X-rays etc... I became excited to start my treatment with him. Every visit was excellent. And let me tell you.. I usually DREAD going to the dentist.. I started my treatment with him and my first appointment took about 5 hours. The entire time I felt at ease. He constantly asked me if I was ok and if I had any pain. He talked me through the process, explaining everything he was doing. He handled my dental work with confidence and compassion. As a patient of many dentists, I have never said or felt that way before! Not only did Dr. Di Lauri do an amazing job, the work he did exceeded my expectations. He has literally given me my confidence back and has given me the ability to smile again .. like really, truly SMILE! I could rave on and on. The point is, if you've had horror stories about other dentists and you've just about given up on finding the right one... don't give up hope, Dr. Di Lauri is your guy!! Both Dr. Di Lauri and his office staff are truly the best I have ever seen.. and I've seen a lot! I would ONLY recommend Dr. Di Lauri to anyone and everyone I know who needs any kind of dental work. Thank you Dr. Di Lauri and your entire office from the bottom of my heart for all you have done for me!

My family & I have been going here since 2008, 17-long years. Although most of the hygienists I've…read moreseen were good & gentle, I had one issue there with one hygienist going back, who I felt was a little rude and not gentle enough with me & let her know it. Of course, she complained to the staff. That was the only time I had an issue there. I admire and do like & trust Dr Fusco, and definitely feel I'm in good hands, as far as, my oral heath is concerned, and I'm very finicky about what dentist I want working in my mouth, and on the teeth I have left. My only complaint is I wish he would spend a little more time with me and let the patient talk/explain before he lets the hygienist gag me and goes to work. I do feel a bit rushed, in all honesty. Maybe I wouldn't have a first failed, or reinfected root canal had I been able to elaborate more about the the ongoing sensations I was feeling on this tooth not long after the initial root canal? Now, as luck would have it, there is pain that I'm feeling on what I thought was an successful initial root canal a few years ago, or so. Apparently, the tooth or canal has become reinfected and I can't afford to loose the tooth, nor hopefully, even the crown that was put on after the initial root canal, not that long ago. I'm hoping Dr Fusco himself can do a root canal retreatment so he doesn't have to farm me out, unless it will require an endodontist to do the surgical and/or more complex procedure to remove the infection/abscess and save the tooth. I can't afford to lose ANY more teeth. My last resort is to extract and lose the tooth. I lost enough molars since I was kid from being afraid of the dentist & the novacaine injection, at least, when I was younger. Hopefully, this reinfected tooth can be addressed by retreatment or apicoectomy, if even necessary, as the tooth canal has now definitely become infected or reinfected but this slowly happened over time and I began noticing a numbness & tingling in this tooth not long after the initial procedure? Now, it's just pain and discomfort as I'm writing this, especially, if I press/bite on tooth or push on the gums way above the tooth. I will be seen soon. Hopefully, this problem that slowly surfaced with this tooth, is rectified and resolved. ‍
