    Not only is this man a great dentist he is caring. Him and his wife are so nice I honestly am so glad I found this dentist.

Let me just say, they don't care about the patient experience in the least. As a new patient I felt rushed, dismissed and totally unsure of their abilities. At my initial cleaning and consult they told me I should move a tooth (that I didn't think should be moved in my own opinion) because it would be "fun" for the dentists to "try out." When I waited three months for have a consult with the oral surgeon, dentist and ortho all together to maybe move that "fun" tooth, only one of them showed up...then when I was told by the oral surgeon it wouldn't be in my best interest to move it then made me see the ortho to convince me otherwise. This is all while I waited 3 hours....while they passed me from exam room to billing to the waiting room back to the exam room...with zero communication between the professionals who are supposed to know what's going on. I told them I was uncomfortable about how this was all being handled, the billing woman laughed it off "we're not usually like this!!" Then...even after that I was going to go to my root canal appointment I booked three months in advance since that was their first opening...they call me 9 days before my appointment (that I already scheduled myself off work for) to tell me the dentist was no longer available that day..... Completely unprofessional, unorganized and no care for how the patients view them. I'll go elsewhere.
