This is a very nice Sephora store. I don't go to malls often, but whenever I do, I find myself being drawn by the black and white stripes. Being in Reston Town Center for a week for a conference, I'd pass by the store each day and finally gave in on a Friday and went inside. RTC was busy with it being Friday evening. Even though there were a bunch of shoppers in the store, because it's a large store, it didn't feel crowded at all. I hit up the skin care section to check out moisturizers. One of the Beauty Specialists helped me out, demo-ing the product and even gave me a sample, which has never happened to me before at other Sephoras. (After using the sample at home, I'll end up buying this product on their website after I finish what I purchased at the Reston store). She was very knowledgeable about their product inventory, and she took time to check out the ingredients with me. For me, this is important to me - knowing what exactly my skin will be absorbing - and I'm glad that Sephora stresses this, too. Afterwards, I checked out the Kat Von D Beauty display out of curiosity, and then perused the rest of the store. The line at the register went quickly, and the woman who helped me out that day was nice. She also reminded me that I was eligible to pick up my free birthday gift. I like that you have two options to choose from for the freebie. The current selection is displayed towards the entrance of the store, so you can inspect them in more detail before queuing up in line. Overall, I had a great shopping experience at this Sephora location. I would come back again if I am near Reston Town Center!

This Sephora has a great location in Reston Town Center. While it is not the largest of The Sephora locations I frequent, it is spacious and well laid out. I wanted to book an appointment for a makeup application- but it seemed there were none available on the Monday I was there. Perhaps Monday staffing does not allow for makeup applications. The staff was helpful and friendly always perky. But thankfully not as aggressive in the past when they quickly ask if they can help you and then just as quickly walk away!

I'm the past I have dreaded going to this Sephora because I could never get the assistance I needed and some of the staff especially the manager (who had weird colored hair and horrible makeup) was super rude and refused to help my "brand new to makeup" self to figure this make up thing out. I was never planning on going back to that store. Recently I went because I had gotten a makeover and it was a completely different place! I had Becca do my face and she was amazing! Super nice explained everything that she was doing and why she was doing it. I walked away knowing more than I did when I walked in and definitely bought everything she used on me. I also met a SA named Seth and when I tell you I want to put him in my pocket and take him out whenever I am blue- legit the most positive and cheerful person I have ever met! Will definitely go back!

KRISTI was amazing. She helped me find some items and was super friendly. Very appreciative for her time and effort... thank you again Kristi!!!!

I usually go to Sephora in Tysons but since I moved to Reston I tried out this location a few times.

I cannot recommend Dr. Kochuba enough! He is a true artist and a double board certified plastic…read moresurgeon who went above and beyond in every way. After having six children, I had significant abdominal muscle separation (diastasis recti) that left me feeling defeated even after working out consistently at the gym. Dr. Kochuba repaired it beautifully, along with addressing the capsular contracture in one of my breasts. The results are truly amazing. I look like a new person. My abdomen is flat and strong again, something I thought I'd never have again! I feel confident in ways I haven't in years. From the very first consultation to the most recent post op appointment, Dr. Kochuba provided expert care. He took the time to listen to all my concerns, answered questions, and made me feel at ease. His attention to detail and surgical skill are outstanding. Recovery was great compared to most experiences I read about and I credit this to Dr. Kochuba's excellent surgical skill. He truly cares about delivering the best possible outcome, both visually and physically, and it shows in the results. The entire team at Austen-Weston was fantastic as well. Simone was wonderful (and patient, as I had many questions!) during my consultation, Katrina made sure I was comfortable and prepared the morning of surgery, and Anastasia provided caring support during my overnight stay, which I highly recommend adding on if you can. Even the Anesthesiologist did a perfect job and I wasn't even nauseas when waking up after surgery, which has happened every other time I've been put under. Every single staff member was professional, kind, and attentive. If you are considering restorative surgery, especially anything involving the abdomen or breast revision, Dr. Kochuba is the surgeon you want. He exceeded all my expectations and I am forever grateful for the transformation he gave me. Highly, highly recommend!

So, let's start with the positive: around 2001, I had a procedure here and was very happy with…read moreeverything. Recently, I went back for a second procedure, but this time after donating a kidney. The pre-op was a mess, including: - The practice contacting my transplant surgeon for clearance, even after I asked them not to. (At this point, she has no obligation to me except for routine monitoring. Plus, I haven't seen her as a patient since I donated four months ago.) - My "patient advisor" telling me, inaccurately, that they are concerned about my "liver" function. I pointed out that my liver function is just fine. - My "patient advisor" telling me that my (bad) kidney numbers "keep going up, up, up." That's simply not accurate. - The "patient advisor" telling me that they would give me Celebrex post-op. My response: "Um, no. As I told you earlier, as a kidney donor, I cannot take NSAIDs." - My "patient advisor" falsely telling me, apropos a possible discount, "As I told you earlier...." Again, that simply didn't happen. - The practice ignoring my PCP's clearance for the procedure and, instead, saying they would delay for two months. - The practice ignoring my nephrologist's verbal clearance for the procedure and, instead, saying they would delay for two months due to a minor blip in my kidney numbers. To be clear, they should have asked my nephrologist about a pre-op evaluation, not my surgeon. I'm pretty disappointed, as this was going to be my present to myself after kidney donation. To be clear: I appreciate their being careful. But when we are talking about my health, accuracy is key. And I am just not seeing it. Plus, while these inaccuracies may not be a big deal when individually considered, taken as a whole, they are deeply concerning. And I don't know how a patient can give informed consent when they are getting bad information about being given NSAIDs, etc. In fact, I don't know why you would give an NSAID to a patient post-surgery, but perhaps I'm missing something. I should also state, in fairness, that my patient advisor is very new, so that may be part of the issue. She also is not an RN, which is okay, but then she should have a high level of basic medical knowledge-like knowing that you cannot give kidney donors NSAIDs. I've asked for my deposit to be refunded and plan to go elsewhere. I'd love to recommend this practice, but I can't.

Some of…read morethe brands they have are Sulwhasoo, IOPE, Innisfree, Laneige etc, they don't have a lot of selection but they have the trust worthy brand. The thing I love the most here is that the lady give a lot of free samples for you to try, which is awesome. I heard the lady said that they have different deals every month, I recently went and I got the one get one free deal on makeup brushes/ sponges, she said last month they had shampoo that was buy one get one. They also have good reward system too, especially if you buy a lot of skincare. Due to covid, the store didn't have a lot of BB cushion that I wanted but hopefully they will restock more products. The customer service here is very friendly, which is rare for Korean store. Don't feel intimated because most of the time you'll be the only one in the store, you can ask them for good recommendations and they will be honest. Definitely coming back for some skincare and bb cushion.
