I am in love with this store, it is my new favorite korean skincare place, I like it more than besfren, the face shop, and tonymoly. I like how they are opening more shops for the brand. I only ever do simple cuts, nothing fancy. My haircut, done by Anderson (a level 3 stylist), is objectively good. The skill was there. But it's definitely shorter than I wanted it. Went in for a lob, came out with an asymmetrical bob...Honestly I was panicking while he was drying it because it was starting to look like Lord Farquaad from Shrek. I asked if he could style it like in the reference pictures I showed (simple waves, to reduce Farquaad-ness). He tried to do it with the brush/dryer, which obviously wasn't working, and didn't want to use a flatiron. So I just suffered through scalding heat on my scalp and hair pulling. I got told I don't have curly hair. I got told I don't have frizzy hair. I, in fact, have both of those. Some other minor things: 1. When I got home I had some hair that was noticeably longer than the rest, like it never got cut. So...I had to do it. Just a few strands, but normally stylists check for that when your hair is dry. 2. I almost never use heat on my hair, so I asked for recs and mentioned a specific brand doesn't work for me. He immediately said he loves that brand. I said yeah...but it doesn't work for me. Anything else? "Any salon brand." Cool. Not helpful. 3. Asked for something at the end to tame the pieces that were sticking out (again, I have frizzy hair). He looked...confused? Smoothing as a last step has been standard at every other place I've been to. There is nothing in the whole salon like that? Also, my introvert-self just wants to go somewhere where I don't have to be engaged in conversation the whole time. Anyway. Won't go back, my hunt continues.

While…read moreI can't speak for every doctor in the practice, I've worked directly with Dr. Rena Vakay, and she's been excellent--professional, thorough, and very attentive. The staff truly makes this office stand out. Tonia at the front desk is incredibly helpful with scheduling and logistics and genuinely tries to make things easy for patients. On the clinical side, I worked closely with Christina, who assisted with my temporary crowns and works closely with Dr. Vakay. What really stood out to me was that after learning I was having surgery (unrelated to dental work), Christina actually reached out afterward to check on how I was doing. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and says a lot about the people in this office. I also worked with Rose, who was equally careful, precise, and kind. Overall, this is a professional, caring team that clearly goes above and beyond for their patients. I'm very glad I found this office and would absolutely recommend them.

I guess I fall in the former. Only thing I know is the staff here is very friendly and they make each appointment a breeze. However, my experiences with the pharmacy have been pleasant, efficient and as trouble free as today's big box pharmacy experiences can be. I wish the pharmacy was open a bit later, but I am otherwise satisfied. For example, I have found the staff to be good about faxing your physician for refills (or the like). In fact, my primary care doctor has become less responsive (that's another matter) than she should be, but the pharmacist helped by reaching out to her office about a matter I had been wholly unsuccessful with. There is a drive through for pharmacy purchases as well and although I don't use it often, I've found them equally helpful there. I wish however folks would not delay other customers by asking questions in the drive through - those should be taken inside (in my humble opinion).

Fortunately, they seem fully staffed. Customer service is always hit-or-miss, mostly miss. The store itself looks very clean and fully stocked. In the past, most of the cosmetics had testers, but I believe they are no longer available for non-prestige items. There have been times were customers open the non-prestige items to test, and then the item either is marked as damaged or may be marked as clearance. It looks like they removed some aisles...or moved them... to accommodate the large Benefits Brow Bar. I didn't see anyone there, so not sure if we need to inquire at the checkout or just stand there until someone acknowledges us. This time, my visit was strictly for replenishing my makeup items, so I ordered via the app and went to the pickup counter. I simply told the employee that I placed the order and picked up the item because I needed to make sure I selected the correct color...she showed a bit of an attitude saying I need to wait about 15 minutes.
