Been here a few times and the customer service has been great so far. I was here yesterday evening (9/22) and I wish I got the sales associate name. I want to say a big THANK YOU to her for helping me get the concealer that matched me. Usually they would do a color match on you to determine the right shade but because of covid she could not. Nonetheless she was still able to assist and pick the right one for me. I tried it today and its perfect! I personally don't shop at Sephora as the products that are offered are not what I use on a daily basis.I came in searching for a gift for my mothers birthday because she love beauty products. I went in with no explanation and no idea what to get my mother. Bernadette (sorry if I misspelled her name) from the moment I walked in was super caring and helpful. I told her the idea of what my mom likes and she delivered me products that my mom absolutely loved. Another person helped me find a beautiful perfume and then when I got to the cashier I quickly ask for a manager to share what a beautiful experience I had. This Sephora is an absolute dream! I am going to spend soooo much money because wow! The whole staff knows everything and are so helpful! This place has the most attentive and nice employees. I came in with a foundation that was past the 30 day return policy, and the sweet employee was able to find a way to return it. As I was getting a new foundation, I was helped by Victor who was very knowledgeable and recommended me some other products and techniques that would help me get my foundation perfect. I was struggling with finding a sunscreen that would work for me and my sensitive skin, I was worried I wouldn't find what I need but Ariel helped me and was super friendly, knew the product and actually suggested a foundation that went well over it! Great selection, especially love that you can buy small sized items for cheaper if you need or want to. I prefer going to Sephora over Ulta because the Sephora location provides much easier access than the Ulta store which is located in the attached shopping center, Mountain Grove, next to Citrus Plaza. There's never an issue with find parking, in fact, I almost always find front row parking. At Ulta, you're lucky to find any good spot. In addition, this Sephora store isn't as busy as the Ulta Store, so its nice avoiding a long line too! The associates are always helpful and friendly. I will always choose going here instead of Ulta because overall it's much easier! read more

Yes thank you! Finally a freestanding Sephora. And bonus one with great customer service. So this is the story behind my review. I went in yesterday as I am looking for a new perfume and a cc cream. I figured I'll try it out first and then make my purchase. So I was greeted by Lionel she was a sweetheart from the very start. Didn't make me feel embarrassed or ashamed about asking for samples. She gave me her full attention and gave me some really good suggestions. I am a manager and I know just how important customer service is. Lionel nailed it, color matched me, showed me a cool tool they had to narrow down scents I preferred for perfume and was in my opinion very knowledgeable. It was fun interacting with Lionel It felt very natural like we were friends. I felt she gave me her honest opinion too. Needless to say I walked out with a cc cream. Mind you I had no intention of making a purchase. I was genuinely pleased with my experience. Sales is much more than just getting the customer to buy something. It's about the positive interaction that makes the customer want to come back. read more

To be honest, I stopped shopping inside Sephora store's a long time ago because the customer service isn't the best nor is the energy. Every time I walk into this location, the employees are huddled up talking, on their phones and overall just do not seem to be happy working at Sephora. I truly feel leadership needs to evaluate the perception the employees put off because it's not good. Went in today expecting to make a large purchase. I was greeted by Lionel and handed a basket. He asked if I needed anything and I did. I've been looking to get my face on a good routine. He got extremely excited to show me all his favorites and supply me with samples. He didn't want me committing to something that might not work for me. I have been trying anything and everything the internet recommends and end up stuck with things that don't work. He knew this and took it into consideration. I just want to say I love this place! The best Sephora there is and I will continue to come back! l have been to so many and I have never received the customer service like I did here. They went above and beyond in trying find the perfect foundation for me ( I am so picky sorry guys!)  and they didn't give up nor were upset and took it as a challenge lol! For a Christmas present i received the Sephora brand glitter mascara. When i opened it to use it for my Christmas dinner, the brush was not connected to the wand. It was defective. I tried to exchange it for the same exact item and i couldn't because i don't have the card that it was purchased with. I still had the plastic on the item that was wrapped around it originally .You would think that around Christmas they would be a little be lenient. I went to buy a gift for my mom and I alsoI went to buy something for myself to depuff parts of my face. I go inside and I see thing I like so I put them in the basket. Stephanie walks up to me asks if I needed help I said I'm just looking. She follows me acting like I'm gonna take things and make a run for it. I go to the candles and she looks in the basket and starts to touch the items I wanna buy and talks my ear off trying to get me to buy other stuff she recommends. I try to tell her I need no help and then she talks about my purse and she starts touching it I don't like when ppl touch my bags it their hands aren't clean bc the bag is new and I can't afford a new one. I haven't eaten yet at the time and my patience was thin bc she was talking my ear if for an hour. After she finally stops talking to me and leaves me alone. Before I go on and pay for the item I wanted and put back things I don't want. She comes back to me and literally asks me where all the stuff went as if I was planning on stealing them this entire time. She tried to hustle me to pay for my items as a way for me to leave the store I tell her I'm still looking. Three minutes later I pay and leave and when I leave the store I accidentally dropped what I bought and it broke so I ended up getting a refund. This is not the first time I have been profiled and harassed by a Sephora employee at this location. I find it disgusting that some people think it is okay to push the boundaries of customers nonstop.Definitely will not be doing any sort of business or putting money in their pockets as long as she is there. read more

I stopped by to pick up a new lip gloss and was so pleased with how Tatiana helped me through all the choices and guided me to make my choice. I didn't like my experience going into this particular Sephora. I went in basically in my pajamas looking to return some items that I had purchased that didn't work for me. The employees looked at me like if I was a bum who had stolen the product and wanted to return it for money. I've never had this type of experience at other Sephora's before.
