I've ALWAYS Had Great Service and Experiences at 'SHE BEAUTY'. Their Team Has Always Gone the Extra Mile With Me. Answering Questions, Showing Me Around The Store (It's a Small Store With Tons of Products!) Knowledgeable and Personable. Suprised to see the negative comments/experiences. I Too, Personally Choose to Support Our Businesses. And Do at Every Turn. And Will Kindly Pull/Call an Owner/Manager to the Side and Share if Possible.. Why I Find The Service /Product Unsatisfactory. We All, Ocassionally have those Days. Grace and Mercy. read more

Great customer service. Walked in here first time, the ladies were super sweet friendly and helpful. Will come back again!

Lack of options when it comes to hair (weaves ponytails and wigs) makeup is more than likely expired or gone bad. if asked for help the associates on the floor will either be really nice and caring or just stare blankly in your face as you approach them and ask for assistance (and not receive the assistance at hand) Also expensive for what is offered there. I would definitely go to Tigis or Crowns Wigs and Beauty rather than here but it is convenient if you're in the area read more

I got here early, & she still was not open, I called the store phone no one is answering. Very unprofessional. The lady is just now arriving it's 9:15, she opened the door just to close it on me. She basically was following me to make sure I don't steal & her attitude was nasty. I wanted to support because she was a black owned business. Never again. read more

Visited here looking for a wig and there were many options but not my usual color which means it was a popular color! They do have many natural as well as brighter colors in wigs, tracks, braiding hair etc. The ladies inside were nice and helped with any questions i had. In addition, there are many items to choose from with many varieties. Edge control, wig caps, earrings, polishes, accessories. It is a very diverse shop with all your beauty needs. read more

Being on time and multitasking! Manager is ALWAYS late, and puts it on the owner..... another day, a sales person claimed she was " multitasking " because there were only 2 people working the sales floor, yet she stopped with my transaction in the middle of ringing me up, to help a girl who walked in while she was helping me first.. If you are going to claim you're " multitasking " then do it! Finish my transaction as you are helping another customer, What she should have done, was tell the customer "I'll be right with you", THAT would have been appropriate and professional. It's rude to help another customer, and stop what you are doing with the first customer you were helping. And then she told me " Have a better rest of your day." Have a better rest of your day? Who said l was having a bad day? Just because I called you out on your customer service skills that needs improving, that means I'm having a bad day? She was just trying to look professional, yet throwing shade underneath. Yeah, l don't think I'll patronize this business anymore. The girls seem too hood anyway, one girl was dressed like a stripper, her boobs were OVERLY hanging out, l thought she was going to expose her nipple! and her outfit was tacky. Do better She Beauty supply. read more

This store has alot of accessories, and make up. They have a variety of different brands of braiding hair. There are different types of hair products. They have what ever is needed to do hair. The customer service is always good. If there is question about hair the ladies cannot answer they can call the owner and asked her. The owner of the store is licensed beautician. So it doesn't matter if you know what you need or not. They can direct you to what you need. They also take different forms of payments such as cash app, Venmo, and Zelle. They do also take credit card with a valid ID. You can follow the store on Instagram @Shebeauty and ask any questions you may have. The store can't be seen from the street. It is across the street from Walmart. It's behind the stores in the front. At the intersection of Mt. Vernon and Centerpointe Dr. turn into that driveway and drive all the way to the back. You'll see the beauty supply to your right. BLACK OWNED read more

I always get a warm welcome whenever I come into the store and they're always so nice and helpful. I don't mind spending my money here

Loved my experience!. Perla and Star were amazing. will definitely be coming back!!!!

Always great help and service ! They have everything you need from nails to gel! I always return back.

I come here all the time. Driving here after work from riverside is a hassle but they have a good selection. After driving all the way over here I wasn't allowed to shop because of the size of my purse. Smh. I've never had this problem and I bring the exact same bag EVERY TIME! We frequent this place monthly! I wouldn't have a problem except they have a recovery center in the same lot and there's a group of 7 men outside with cups drinking... I definitely am NOT leaving my purse in the car! They don't even offer to let you keep it up front. Such an awkward interaction to step into. If y'all can't trust your customers, I understand but there are other ways of going about it. Unfortunately I won't be returning. read more

Super friendly staff. Perla was amazing and so helpful! Helped me pick the right color dye and shop what I needed!

Tried to support a black owned business for the first time I can say they have a very nice store and great product you could find everything your looking for in 1 stop but don't let that fool you It was my first time and I would not return I spent $57 I was not given a receipt for my purchase Lucky i signed up with my number for rewards. I was told if i had a receipt i will be able to return and exchange. 2 days later I called to make sure i can exchange she then tells me she need to see everything in person before she can determine if she can exchange it even tho i explained to her i live over 20 min away. i offered if i can send picture of the product to show her it wasn't used she then produces to say you can send picture but that not wont get a exchange THIS IS WHYYYY I don't support all black businesss!!!! i will stick to the asian beauty supply read more

Unfortunately, I am giving this beauty supply 2 stars. I was not given a receipt for my purchase nor was it made clear that the braiding hair was not returnable or exchangeable. From my experience, 5 star businesses will make their policies clear when speaking to their customers, especially when the customer makes it known that they are NEW to the community and their store. I wish I could continue to support his black owned business, but I will not be. My excitement to bring my money here has been diminished. Moving forward, I hope the owner will put more effort into clearly communicating the policies. read more

Would never recommend this place!! I walk in they start following me around the store I felt like they thought I didn't have no money I went to one part on the store she standing at the end of the lane.. then cards me for some got damn hair. Really stupid I'm just going to stick with my Asians for my hair. Tried to support but it's not worth it!!!!! SORRY NOT SORRY read more

I love it when I find black owned business in the Inland Empire. The customer service was on point. They had a good variety of products and their prices weren't too expensive. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because of their music. Don't get me wrong I love me some hip hop with cuss words, but my granny and other women at my church don't tolerate it. They would of left your business and went to the Asians (no disrespect to them) but we're trying to support our people and who haven't gotten some of the same opportunities as others have. Just a suggestion, keep the music you play, just play the clean versions. I will most definitely be back and hopefully the owner has read my post. read more

This business is Amazing!!! Every time I visit the store the ladies are pleasant, very helpful and their recommendations are always on point. I came in a little before closing and I wasn't rushed, the ladies were very cordial and I was very grateful because I was stressing all day about my hair. You ladies know when your hair is not right, you're not right. So I left the store with a peace of mind and thankful for their consideration. 1st of all, BLACK OWNED BEAUTY SUPPLY! I was already thrilled about that. The store has a great selection of everything, including braiding hair, weaves, wigs, hair care supply, makeup and accessories. There is really good variety of choices; all laid out in a clean, organized fashion. I also received high quality personalized service from my initial inquiry phone call, to the moment I stepped into the store, all the way until the end. I really really appreciated all the help, suggestions, no pressure, accommodations... thank you so much! Please patronize them. You won't be disappointed. read more

I would never come here again. This was My first and last time coming to this store. I was impressed by the selection of products and The fact that it was a black owned business so I was excited to shop and support. But let me tell you where they had me messed up at. FOLLOWING ME AROUND THE STORE. I was asked when we first entered the store if we needed any help. I Nicky responded no and continued my browsing. Again I was exciting by everything I was seeing so I'm like ok what am I going to purchase. As I'm just LOOKING, the lady creeps from around the corner as if she had been watching me and asks again "can I help you with anything" I replied "no". Continue to look and she comes around from the other side and asks again. As if I was going to steal something. But I ignored all of that and continued with my purchase. there attitudes were pretty terrible, not very welcoming. I will NEVER shop here again. I felt uncomfortable and honestly even the Asians don't give me such a hard time. This is why black owned buisinesses never last long. Oh and they don't do refunds or exchanges read more

Ambrosia was awesome and patient answering all my questions no matter how crazy lol. I'm trying to get into my natural hair and had tons of questions on protecting it down to the correct way to wear my bonnet lol. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this beauty supply place. When i went, i was looking for my first wig due to hair loss. Toia spent so much time withe describing different types of wigs, the application process, etc. She did not try to upsell me into something i was nit comfortable with. She made me feel so comfortable in such a new environment for me. She wrote put instructions on how to apply and care for my new wig. Thank you Toia foraoing an already awkward hair loss experience and making me feel whole again read more

I literally just left this store & I'm disappointed in my ppl ! My total was 97.94 , I handed over 100$ bill , they said they can't accept bills larger than 20s, ok fine , i counted out 97$ , they rather miss out on 97$ instead of 1$ ! I am disgusted at their customer service ! I always tell ppl to go there cause it's B.O ! Never again ! Y'all lost a customer being petty read more
