Went here in February and was gonna buy two pairs of shoes. One was 50 some dollars and the other was showing a $24 price tag on the shelf. I went to check out and my total was more then I figured. I asked the cashier why and she said the $24 shoes were $39.99. I told the cashier they had a tag of $24 on the shelf. The cashier went to go look and came back with a $39 price tags. I told her that $24 was the price I saw and only ended up taking one pair of shoes. I went back to check and the cashier had taken the $24 price tag off and switched to the price $39 that was ringing up. If you're ever gonna shop here make sure to take a picture of the price. This location has the most unprofessional employees there. It must be their first job because they have no proper etiquette on how to speak to customers nor seems like they have any type of customer service experience. I went in there simply to do an exchange for a bigger size and they gave me a BIG hassle. The security guard was very rude upon arriving And by the looks of these reviews I'm not the only one that complains about the security. They tried to tell me my brand new shoes looked warn! Ummm I think they forget that thousands of people put their foot in my purchased shoes before I do! And second how the hell am I suppose to know if it's a comfortable fit if I don't wear them, I would be stupid to try to return a salvaged pair of shoes or even take them to exchange with out any embarrassment I'm not that type. So they "Unfortunately" didn't honor my exchange and I put that in end quotes cause that's what they kept reply with. I took my shoes and took my business elsewhere to the WSS in San Bernandino and they gladly had no problem with my "Worn" shoes (sarcastically speaking). I exchanged with Zero issues! Went last night , They have some nice shoes . The women's selection is VERY small and that's my reason for 4 stars . Employees are helpful and friendly . Black dude in the front needs to smile and greet people as they walk in not just give them a stare cus hes not scaring anyone lol just looking silly . One of the employees was trying to be super bossy to another employee there I'm sure she was the manager but sweetie you're no better than them so chill out !!!! Other than all that its super clean and organized and who doesn't love to shop in a clean and organized store Happy Shopping !!!! read more

Rude employees and security!! came in there to look at a specific shoe that I was looking for and was aware that they were closing soon I was going to go in the next day to purchase them but couldn't even look at the shoe properly because every " the employees" kept telling me they were about to close so i understood and was already leaving when the security comes and tells me they "are about to close" mind you I was already leaving and I told him "i know I'm already leaving" so the security goes to one of the employees and tells her something about me it was obvious they were talking about me because they were laughing and looking at me ..yeah never again going to this store soo unprofessional!! read more
