    Needed to get some lipstick. There were so many brands to choose from!! I tried to peruse the area to find some on my own. It was so nice that many of the staff were kind to ask if they could assist as I was walking around. I came upon an area and saw employee Aurora to ask her about a certain brand. She was very kind and very helpful. I appreciate that. Went in for one lipstick and ended up with 3!!

    I went here on a Sunday afternoon with friends. I was surprised that it was packed considering that it's not even Saturday. Lots of aisles to go through if you are into make up. I sampled a few perfumes/cologne in the back and I was wishing that there were more trash cans to dispose of the sample sticks. I was in the store to try out a new blush from Rare Beauty. When checking to see if there was any left, I was shocked to find out that there wasn't any. I forgot whom I asked at the store but I had a store associate come and check in the back for me. Lucky for me as she came back with the last box of the blush I wanted! She was very nice and we had a pleasant conversation about make up. I'm still new to it! I guess my only complaint is that there's also not enough places to remove the make-up you want to test. Considering it's a busy store, there's just so many people trying to do the same in one spot and it can get crowded easily.

    Visited during a busy Saturday afternoon right after lunch hours. The initial impression I got was WHAT A CRAMPED STORE! Then, the overwhelming perfume and cologne odor hit me. I also realized how hot and humid it was in the store. Zero ventilation or air circulation. FFS it was not even Mid-September yet. This is in DMV where it doesn't get cooled down until closer to October and that's a big maybe. Anyhow, I was going to look for a new lip gloss or lip stick. Then I got completely grossed out by the ransacked and unsanitary looking aisles. I decided to just leave after 5 minutes. Maybe it wasn't even that long but it felt that way. The whole place looked like it'll be a place I can end up with some sort of oral herpes. Not returning again unless I have online returns to make.

    I signed up for the birthday gift a while ago & got a concealer (I'm not a real makeup person). The young lady at the register was very nice & helpful. I didn't get greeted when walking in but that's ok. I got my items and had a good purchase experience.

    There are lots of choices here. I like being able to try a product before I buy it. I don't like having an employee with me while I browse.

Even the packaging has changed, what!! Now they have halloween themed scents?? wow haha Where have I been? The store was PACKED when we were there. Kudos to the employees for maintaining the store, keeping the shelves/tables fully stocked and organized. The employees on the floor were nice and helpful. There were so many great sales going on for 3-wick candles, body sprays, etc. I didn't purchase anything, but most likely will return the next time they have a nice sale. They used to have a pine smelling soap bar I loved. It had some sort of spikes in it, that made scrubbing even better. Sadly it has been discontinued. I'm not sure why but hope they bring this back. That was incredible, but probably market demand was responsible for this.

I walked up to the "online pickup" area where I told Jodi "Hi, I have a happy return" in which she responds "oh.. I was going to call the next person in line" in which me and the other cashiers respond saying I was next. She tries to avoid helping me and looked towards the customer next to me who just walked up and asked if she needed help first, attempting to not help me with my return. The customer next to me said I could go first since I was next. She ends up scanning my QR code and asks me to take the items out the bag and then proceeds to ask if the items have barcodes. I said yes, they're attached. She then responds "usually people have them out ready" I'm sorry it takes 2 seconds to pull out a price tag. She either is straight up racist or hates her job, this is my first & last time coming to this location.

While we were there, I noticed one of the employee seemed very tired or it was just her personality. She appeared to be Ukrainian or Russian, but I am not 100% Sure. When asking for help, she helped, but with the bare amount of effort. After my first dealings with her, I decided to stay away from her. The other associate I meet there seemed to be the manager, but I later found out Alicia wasn't the manager, but her knowledge about the products at the store was very helpful. Alicia seemed more like a people person than the Russian woman. Unfortunately, the product that I was looking for was not at this store. I like using a product called Skin Tight Extra Strength Roll On. This product us used for removing unwanted blackheads, ingrown hairs and razor bumbs. I found out that some of the pimples I had that were near some ingrown hairs on my body, were all eliminate after using this product. The stuff doesn't smell good, but it really does work. You can use this product at night time; as well, morning, but I advise waiting one hour before going outside in public areas wearing that stuff. Once again this stuff stinks, but works wonders. The roll on ball helps spread the solution around without having to touch it. I will be picking up more of this product soon. Thanks again Alicia for your cool personality. While the school presents itself as a premier training institution, the reality was quite different. Many of the instructors displayed an unprofessional and, at times, rude attitude toward students. Questions were often met with impatience, and constructive feedback was inconsistent. Instead of feeling supported and encouraged to grow, I frequently felt dismissed and undervalued. One of the most troubling aspects of my experience was the apparent favoritism shown toward certain groups of students. Opportunities, attention, and support often seemed unevenly distributed, leaving some students feeling overlooked. A professional educational institution should provide equal respect, encouragement, and opportunities to every student regardless of their background. Unfortunately, that was not the environment I experienced. What was even more disappointing was the lack of support after graduation. Once the program was over and tuition had been paid, communication seemed to end. There was little interest in maintaining relationships with former students or helping them succeed in their careers. In fact, if you happen to run into some of the instructors outside of school, don't be surprised if they avoid eye contact, turn around, or act as though they don't know you. It leaves the impression that students are valued only while they are paying customers. I would also encourage prospective students to look beyond the five-star reviews featured on the school's website. During graduation, students are encouraged to submit reviews, but the review process does not necessarily capture the full student experience. The focus is often on whether the class was worth the money rather than on the quality of instruction, professionalism of the staff, fairness, student support, or the overall learning environment. The techniques taught can be learned elsewhere, often from instructors who genuinely care about their students and their success. A great school is not defined only by the skills it teaches but also by the professionalism, integrity, and respect it shows to its students. Unfortunately, this program fell short in those areas. Before investing your time and money, I strongly recommend speaking with former students independently and doing thorough research. Don't let the glowing reviews alone make your decision. My experience was that once the tuition was collected, students became little more than a source of revenue rather than valued members of a professional community.
