While on vacation , I planned a day with my best friend and this was the most promising place in…read moreJacksonville. At least the online presentation was. Overall , a good experience but there are things that I would've liked to be different. The overall vibe seems a bit commercial, even though there are marocan elements scattered throughout. I would've liked a bit more of an authentic marocan vibe. Got there at 10.03 am and the paperwork took about 10-12 Minutes. Then locker room for changing another maybe 10 minutes. We started at 10:30 am with what was supposed to be an hour massage . Only got a 45 minutes massage. The therapist was great but asked way too many questions. The room was on cold and had a fan blowing as well. After the massage , we went straight to scrub/ sauna area. Different therapist. She was very nice and did her best to make us feel comfortable. The first room was a wet room with 2 stone "beds" . Even though they used warm water at times , the room was cold and it made the whole experience a bit unpleasant . The sauna part was probably the best one. After the scrub/sauna part was over we got 20 minutes in the tea room. We were served fruits, 3 rally small but delicious cookies and watered down mint tea. The cookies were really great but maybe they should serve a few extra ones. They also had some mini size American chocolates. It's a nice touch but maybe some marocan candy would work better. The last step was a 90 min anti aging facial. The tech was good but nothing to be blown away by. As far as the cost, we paid $900 for 2 people, plus $240 tip for the therapists. The place was scattered with signs that suggested leaving a generous tip. Even the bathrooms had at least 2 signs. It felt a bit exaggerated and as I stated on the beginning, commercial. I don't mind spending the money for an authentic experience and unfortunately this place didn't hit the mark. They sell a specific line of cosmetics and we got suggestions of what to buy from the therapists. Again, the amount of signs and pamphlets suggesting a purchase, was again a bit much. It was an ok experience but unfortunately I would not go back. I will keep searching for a place that offers a more authentic experience.

I feel like this place is like a hidden gem. I've had massages and facials here. Zianni is an…read moreamazing aesthetician! I've started getting regular facials with her since my last girl closed her business and I am soooooo happy I found zianni! I really enjoy it here and look forward to trying some of the other not so typical services they offer in the future!

just left the Ulta in Jacksonville Beach and this experience was completely unacceptable. I walked…read moreup to the register and the employee immediately said she was "with a customer," even though there was no one there and no line. Then she rudely pointed and said the line starts somewhere else, but there were no signs and no people standing anywhere to indicate where the line actually begins. It was confusing, unprofessional, and unnecessary. Instead of helping, the attitude was dismissive and rude. When customers are spending good money in your store, basic respect and clear communication should be expected. This is unacceptable, and I will be contacting corporate about this experience. No customer should be treated this way, especially while spending so much money at your store. Management seriously needs to address both customer service and the lack of clear direction at checkout.

I generally walk in looking extremely confused :-) that's just who I am. Numerous employees offered…read moreto help me, and when I was ready for help, they were right there! I asked my 50,000 questions, was pointed in the right direction actually more than pointed, they walked me over to where the product was. Check out was a breeze - they're extremely friendly. Kendall was the one who rang up my purchases - she has helped me numerous times before, she is always a delight - she epitomizes what one would expect customer service to be! Great sales, clean store, and super friendly employees - what more could you ask for? Nothing!
