The office made an appointment for 9:30 at 9:45 AM. We were prompt in getting there on time, filled out all documentation ahead of time since I was a first-time patient. They took my daughter first and had allocated a room for me to be seen after, even though my appointment was for 9:30am. After my daughter was seen, I was taken to my room to be then told, my appointment was canceled and need to be rescheduled. This office has lost all future business from my family. Horrible experience for a first time patient.

The building and office feel clean and new. The receptionists are friendly and efficient. The doctors performing the skin exams are warm, friendly and feel knowledgeable. It can be very difficult to reschedule annual exams (like no openings for 2-3 months) but they said they will take appointments for issues same-day or week. Haven't tested that theory!

I was also told the doctor had asked the front desk staff to apologize, but that apology wasn't communicated to me until I asked, making it feel more like an afterthought than a genuine acknowledgment of the situation. Sitting in a waiting room for 45 minutes with no communication or courtesy update cost me both time and money. I understand that medical offices can occasionally run behind, but keeping patients informed is a basic expectation of good customer service. A simple update or sincere apology early on would have allowed me to decide whether I could continue waiting or reschedule. This was my first visit, and unfortunately, it left a very poor first impression. I hope Intracoastal Dermatology improves its communication and shows greater respect for its patients' time.

I think it's great businesses take over other businesses buildings w/o tearing down a place to just rebuild. Kelly did my facial today and is an absolute doll. So sweet, gentle and informative every step of the way as she worked on me. Kasey has also been an instrumental part on educating me on how to help treat my melasma with topical creams. I was very hesitant at first to walk into this establishment.
