Walgreens could not figure out how to correctly apply the drug savings card and overcharged $55.00 for my prescription. When I spoke to the drug mfg. they said they would tell the pharmacy how to do it correctly but Walgreens would not rerun it. So they have overcharged me $55,00. All they had to do is call the number and rerun the savings card. read more

Have been going to this pharmacy for a long time. It has steadily been going downhill in their service of refilling medications. Common ones no less. We get certain meds EVERY MONTH, like Pravastatin - and have to wait because they are out of stock. Whoever monitors the supply of meds are NOT doing a good job. No it is not because 'so many customers are taking the med'...it's because they are NOT watching their supply. Pay attention! Yes, probably taking our business elsewhere.  Convenient location is not convenient enough for having to wait X # of days. read more

I've been using Walgreens Pharmacy since I moved to Jacksonville in 2014. The first location was in Atlantic Beach and now I use the Walgreens at Beach and San Pablo. I typically only use the drive-thru to pick up my prescription every three months. I love the convenience of the drive-thru and the hours are great. I have been in the store few times for one or two items. Walgreens has a nice store that is always clean and clutter-free. But I don't do a lot of shopping in the store because the prices are a little high. The pharmacy is great. If my prescription runs out of refills they will contact the doctor and obtain a new prescription. They make the process easy. I also like the phone calls and texts to give me updates on my prescriptions. They will even fill my prescription and then notify me that it's ready. Without me lifting a finger. I would suggest you try your neighborhood Walgreens for your prescription needs. read more

I've been going to the Walgreens on Atlantic & JoAndy here in Jacksonville Florida for many years. I shop there for several items but mostly utilize the pharmacy. Over the last several years I had developed a friendly rapport with one young lady pharmacist in particular. Her name was Crystal. The reason I know her name is because she always greeted me with a smile and addressed me in a very respectful way as Mrs. Mitchem. So I finally asked what is your name? And with a big smile she stated Crystal. Each time I came to the pharmacy she treated with the same respect calling out my name and even called to let me know when my prescription was ready. Recently I went into the store to pick up my prescription and didn't see her. I told the woman waiting on me to tell Crystal I said hello. The woman responded back stating Crystal passed away over a month ago. I was in such complete shock and didn't say anything further. My heart is hurting so much. I wish I knew what happened. But more importantly I want her family to know how special Crystal was to me because of her great customer service and those big wonderful smiles she always gave when she greeted me. Crystal was clearly a beautiful soul with a very caring spirit. I will never forget her and will miss her dearly. May you RIP Crystal. read more

Don't really use this Walgreens for its pharmacy because I don't have any medicine prescriptions, so use this review solely for the store front. I feel like this Walgreens is very well organized. Of course, prices aren't the best compared to big box stores, but I'm going to Walgreens when I need something quick or because it's convenient for me. Store is well stocked, the workers are very friendly and know what they're doing, and store is very clean. Parking lot wasn't too bad and there's always some spots available. Don't be too shill from the negative reviews if you don't need to use the pharmacy. I also haven't had problems with the photo department. Had 2 orders of pictures and they all came out in time. I like this Walgreens and will continue coming here. read more

Only One Review Posted Here. I may walk in to pick up a bag of Chips or water. THE PHARMACY??? No WAY! Customer Service? And people skills?? Zilch, Nada, ZERO. Once in a while you may get an employee. That tries to be helpful. For the most part, not often. If you observe the customers in line. Seem to have a miserable. Toothache look on their faces. Based on location maybe it's the transient, tourist, seasonal frustrated. For whatever reason. But, a place of Business that gives the feeling and impression. To people spending $ in their store. The feeling of, Forget about it. Ok, let me Ck Yelp And Go to Another Walgreens. You may not want to Avoid your Dentist. If you want a nice healthy Smile. But, YOU MAY WANT TO AVOID THIS ONE. I've been picking up medicine here lately for my mom, and they have been super nice and helpful. If her refills run out, they contact the doctor for you. The drive-through is really convenient. For groceries, I would definitely go to Publix across the street. But for prescriptions, this is the best. read more

Terrible customer service. Let my critically ill child's prescription run out because they sat on my refill request for a week because they needed a recipe, which they did not proactively request after several calls/requests on my end. Saying we don't know when we can get your prescription is completely unacceptable. read more

I went to pick up an Rx today. The young man working in the pharmacy dept made it clear that he didn't feel like re-ringing my prescription to add my new insurance info. Then when I asked if it was for a 90 day supply like it was supposed to be, he rolled his eyes. ROLLED HIS EYES!!! Very disappointed with how I was treated. I was there today sat down to order 3 photos at photo machine and then a woman starts talking to Peter store manager at counter about how to start making photos and Peter tells me I have to leave the machine because that woman whom was standing at the counter just inquired how. I have never been treated so rudely at a business establishment in my whole life ! The nerve and rudeness of Peter. There wasn't a line to use photo machine. First come first serve. Peter needs further mgmt training in my opinion. Or should not be a manager. I'd go elsewhere to make up your photos or like he told me after telling me to leave you can make your photos up on your phone ! read more

My wife made an appt for a COVID test for our son. She received the confirmation email. We went there, and they had no records of our appt. The staff didn't care about or look at our confirmation email and didn't want to help . This is why I have chose.n never to go there again. I would drive out of my way to a CVS, then go to a WALGREENS!!!! read more

I got better customer service at the hamburger place next door than at this pharmacy. just tried to get a prescription filled for a zpak and it Took 10 mins just for anyone to acknowledge me. Girl was rude and didn't know how to do anything which is okay we've all been new before so she kept asking her busy coworkers questions and eventually the guy came up and helped her which I thought would finally be the end of this chaotic mess. Takes two seconds looks at my information and tells me he doesn't see anything in the national database or some bs. Which I know is bs because I'm at Publix right now took 5 minutes for everything and I didn't have a Hispanic girl shouting about a bmw one of the customers (her friend ) was driving . Honestly it's busy and they looked like they were working hard but you can have a normal voice and not have to shout thru the whole store. Never again read more
