Merle Norman in Patchogue is awesome! Very professional, courteous and friendly. I do have to say…read morethat on my last visit a woman came in and wanted to get her nails done without an appointment. Unfortunately there were no open spots as this location is very popular. The nail technician was very apologetic and was waiting for her next client to show up. The woman then said "well your sitting there doing nothing" and the tech responded " I'm waiting for my next client who is a little late but I would be happy to schedule in on another day" With that the woman was very belligerent and left. After all of that , the owner and staff remained professional and calm. Not a word was mentioned about this nasty customer after she left. Most places would bitch about that in front of clients but the ladies didn't! I recommend this place to everyone I know! Great people who do great work!
