I to be delivered tonight July 20, 2025 so I can do my fiancé's hair customer service said that they cannot change the delivery window because the store itself screwed up and not confirming online orders until after 4 PM on July 20, 2025, had to wait on hold for nearly 45 minutes for someone to tell me that they can't do anything. The only thing they can do is refund my money if that is how a company works with having strict policies stating that as long as an order is in before 4 PM for a two hour delivery window I should be getting that product or products within that two hour delivery window, not nearly 24 hours later, the company should probably better employees who follow the guidelines and follow the directions that people place when ordering online I'm going to be telling my fiancé we're never buying from here again because this is the sixth incident in the last seven months where orders are either delivered to the wrong address wrong products were picked from what we ordered or a complete lack of employee morale to do their fucking job the way that it's supposed to shouldn't place a two hour delivery order to have it be delivered 24 hours later I hope the higher-ups in this company start going through all of their employees and retrain them to follow their company policies instead of screwing over customers because they don't do the job right away like they are to do for

Hello from Scanlon's Traveling Salon.. Dr. Warm performed a…read moreneck lift on me 4.30.26.. I had local anesthesia. There was absolutely no pain during the surgery. His communication was clear and direct as to Do's and Don'ts of after care.. I followed to the T... no pain during surgery, but once numbing agent wore off, the pain was intense.. I did not want to take oxy, but I simply had no choice. I took Oxy the first night and the next morning, after that, I did not rely on any pain meds.. I had surgery on a Thurs. and was walking at the park for a mile on Friday.. Sat. no pain meds and drove out to a horse rescue farm out East (I live in Westbury)... A 3 ON THE PAIN METER... I'm four days from surgery and I'm back to work with my clients... no bending, or lifting anything with weight.. scaled back my work schedule to accommodate healing, but I FEEL SUPER FANTASTIC!!!! highly recommend this procedure under local.. Dr. Warm and I met three times prior to the surgery as to make sure we were on the same page. I find him to have superior listening skills and excellent memory which IMHO is super important. I am four days in from this surgery and seem to be healing nicely.. He and I went back and forth re: to do lipo in conjunction with the lift or not to do it... I left it up to him and he felt I could get away without doing lipo, but as I'm healing, I think I should have done a bit of lipo under the chin.. I will speak with him about this at the end of this week when we meet up again for a follow up.. I have no complaints thus far... Staff is fabulous and friendly; Nancy, Dawn and David are the bees knees and the vibe in the office is ultra "chill." I've been to many a Walgreens and they are right, this one is perhaps the slowest of all the ones I have been to. To their credit, I only saw one person working at the pharmacy counter but they definitely could have used another. The line was about 8 people long and it was moving at a snails pace. During my highschool days of working at CVS, we would call for backup to open up a second register when the line got beyond 5 people. Now I know that is a different company and I wasn't in the pharmacy department but perhaps they could adopt a similar strategy. I can't complain too much because the item that I needed to purchase was on sale (about $15 normally but on sale for about $10+tax with the Walgreens card). I needed to pick up some Primatene tablets, which I use for my asthma from time to time. It helps break up any congestion I have in my chest and also minimize my wheezing during the winter. I'm not that likes to take medication but this stuff does help me personally. It's interesting that you have to show your ID to purchase it and that they had you the product from behind the counter, but I do understand at the active ingredient Ephedrine has been known to be abused. I believe they record your ID to make sure you're not buying it in unusual amounts, which is fine by me. Aside from the line, the customer service was polite enough and the store was similar to most other walgreens I've entered. Perhaps some better music aside from the elevator music would be nice but hey, what do you expect. (Disclaimer: My opinion and personal experience is not medical advice.
