When I came to him to ask what is going on, He threatened me directly when questioned about this. I recently noticed I had foreheadlines and crows feet, All of a sudden I wasn't liking my appearance and especially photos. My daughter told me about botox and how it's not only preventative, but it helps take away foreheadlines, Crow's feet, and it's nonsurgical, I went and saw Dr Epstein. I specifically asked for him to do the injections because of my anxiety. He asked me to try Oceane Aesthetics. He assured me that they are really great at what they do, and that's who he uses for his family . This Doctor Mark Epstein saved my daughter's life 28 years ago. So I trusted him. I went with my daughter on Feb 28,2024. She's still young and beautiful and just wanted preventative care. (35). We were greeted in the most impeccably clean office by a very nice receptionist. Jennifer came out and introduced herself, She's very kind caring and seemed very dedicated to her job. She asked myself and my daughter. What outcomes were we looking to achieve? And then she took the time to make us smile, Frown, And grimace, like we're angry so that she could see the un flattering forehead and crowsfeet lines that we were talking about. She was very gentle, She told me that she was gonna use the most minimal amount of botox to make it affordable. That could give me the results that I wanted. Immediately before each injection, She gave us a numbing cream so we wouldn't feel anything and then she asked us to make the Same expressions so that she was able to inject exactly where we wanted the result.. The injections never hurt. Afterwards, we were given really pretty sparkly ice packs that we could take home in case we felt any discomfort, which we didn't!!. We were asked if we would like to come back in two weeks to make sure we had achieved the results we asked for. I was so confident in the way she injected and her professionalism that I knew. I didn't need to make that appointment... It's truly crazy how amazing Botox is... The results make you feel ten years younger. You can smile and take a photo and not feel like you're gonna have old age lines. I know they do a lot of other amazing stuff with fillers. But at this point, I just wanted my lines to go away.. They accomplished that for me without any surgery and without any pain. I'm very grateful. I highly recommend them, so trust them. This team is amazing.. Again, this is coming from a person who has severe anxiety and fear of anything medical... Hello from Scanlon's Traveling Salon.. Dr. Warm performed a…read moreneck lift on me 4.30.26.. I had local anesthesia. There was absolutely no pain during the surgery. His communication was clear and direct as to Do's and Don'ts of after care.. I followed to the T... no pain during surgery, but once numbing agent wore off, the pain was intense.. I did not want to take oxy, but I simply had no choice. I took Oxy the first night and the next morning, after that, I did not rely on any pain meds.. I had surgery on a Thurs. and was walking at the park for a mile on Friday.. Sat. no pain meds and drove out to a horse rescue farm out East (I live in Westbury)... A 3 ON THE PAIN METER... I'm four days from surgery and I'm back to work with my clients... no bending, or lifting anything with weight.. scaled back my work schedule to accommodate healing, but I FEEL SUPER FANTASTIC!!!! highly recommend this procedure under local.. Dr. Warm and I met three times prior to the surgery as to make sure we were on the same page. I find him to have superior listening skills and excellent memory which IMHO is super important. I am four days in from this surgery and seem to be healing nicely.. He and I went back and forth re: to do lipo in conjunction with the lift or not to do it... I left it up to him and he felt I could get away without doing lipo, but as I'm healing, I think I should have done a bit of lipo under the chin.. I will speak with him about this at the end of this week when we meet up again for a follow up.. I have no complaints thus far... Staff is fabulous and friendly; Nancy, Dawn and David are the bees knees and the vibe in the office is ultra "chill." My scar on my tummy tuck is not appealing, one side looking better then the other, he revised it for no charge but the problem is not fixed. The lipo that was done on my abdomen is not semetrical, obviously not semetrical. I also had lipo on my back that aswell is not semetrical I had that revised aswell, and it is still not semetrical... he did do those for no out of pocket charge, but still I paid over $25,000 for this surgery and I am not okay with the results, I can not have any other no charge fixes, it is just annoying because I didnt botch it they did so it should be fixed. Dr B took his time evaluating my situation and really put a lot of thought into the best way to get me the results I was looking for. The nurses and doctors who were in the operating room were very focused but had such great personalities and I could tell they all wanted me to be happy with my results. They only used local anesthesia but the surgery was painless and the swelling and bruising after was minimal. After one week, my stiches were removed and the before and after photos were stunning! 2 weeks later I'm not even "fully healed" yet but you can't even really tell I had anything done unless you look really closely.
