Lulu's is honestly the best hair salon I've ever been to. Everybody is incredibly talented and…read morefriendly, and always make you feel welcome and comfortable while you're there. I cannot recommend Danielle P enough, I've probably forwarded about 15-20 other girls to her. She listens to what you want and makes it happen while still protecting the integrity of your hair. While your hair is processing she constantly checks up on it and explains what she's doing. She's also knows how to make different colors/shades that complement your skin tone to make you literally glow when you're finished. Danielle is a perfectionist and will make sure your hair is flawless before you leave her chair. During my last appointment she fully toned my hair 3 separate times to get the perfect silvery white blonde that I had wanted and also managed to carefully remove all of the pink from my hair that she had done a few months ago. When I had my pink hair, she mixed me up a conditioner with my color in it to take home to use when my hair started to fade (which was maybe a month and a half later). She has colored and toned my clip in extensions to match my hair perfectly, and eventually helped me pick out, toned and installed my tape in extensions (she even offered to go with me on her day off to the beauty store to get the best extensions). I always trust Danielle with my hair and after every appointment I'm even more happy than my last--she's passionate about what she does and it really shows! My hair despite all I put it through is the healthiest it's ever been and people constantly comment on how healthy it looks and feels. Her schedule fills up fast and usually appointments need to be made a month in advance but it's well worth the wait. The girls who work at the front desk and at the hair washing sinks are always really sweet and helpful as well. Carissa gives an amazing blowout that could honestly probably last you 3 weeks if you wanted it to. All of the girls here are really cool and fun to talk with, and are always almost as excited as I am to see my hair all finished. I've been going to Lulu's for years and couldn't imagine going anywhere else!

As a Mother of two daughters, I would not recommend this hairstyling business…read more I watched a young woman come in today for her hair and be completely ignored for about 20 minutes. She asked a question about her hair, yet they made her wait nearly an hour before anyone actually helped her. Regardless of who a customer is, everyone deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Based on what I witnessed today, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would NEVER go back and especially with my girls!

I even lived out of state and would fly home and be sure to get my hair done by Lisa! The Stylists are all extremely talented, high caliber and friendly. The atmosphere is great and you can tell that the entire staff really cares and all of their clients love their stylists! I highly recommend this well run salon, their stylists and of course my favorite Lisa C. Try it you will be hooked!

Salon A accepted customers not wearing a mask,. She personally said to me that she thought the whole Covid Pandemic was nonsense, and she thought people were just sick. I am never one to leave a bad review on a business, but after several months of dealing with…read moreserious health issues I decided treating myself was well deserved. I found this salon through social media and was immediately impressed by the work they shared so I contacted a stylist about booking an appointment and was told to come in for a consultation. I came in for my consultation to speak about what color I was interested in doing and the possibility of some extensions. After showing the stylist the color I wanted (i'll include the picture) I was quoted $370 for cut and color alone, at that point I made a quick decision and said F it i deserve this and booked the appointment. 2 days later after a full 8 hour shift, an hour and a half drive to the salon, and 4 hours in the chair I was BEYOND disappointed with the way it came out. Don't get me wrong the salon itself and the energy and the people working there are great but I am not the type of person to sit there and complain about the 4 hours of work someone had just done and was seemingly so proud of (as i believe most people can agree they would also bite their tongue in a situation like this) I would have said something had I known sooner than after the blowout, but when I'm sitting in a salon chair with no mirror in front of me for hours while 2 rounds of bleach are going on my head and I had no idea what it looked like the whole process what else am I meant to do but trust the stylist. So it wasn't until AFTER the blowout that I realized this was NOT AT ALL the color I had asked for. But I put a smile on my face and walked out the door after paying $370, went home and just cried over what I had just spent over half my paycheck on and now have to pay a different salon to fix because I refuse to go back to this place because I simply don't trust them..

She unfortunately ended up with mousy brown, grey, mud colored hair. She also came home and all the dark dye was left all around her face and through her roots. She had to plead to have them try and fix it. When she went back they (mainly the owner Chris) were rude and short tempered with her. They even said if you just keep washing it, it will lighten up, which means they only used semi-permanent color. They did blow it out and she was hoping she could live with it, but the next day she was crying that they ruined her hair. I then tried calling the owner to discuss having my daughter get her money back, since she was charged $245 for them to destroy her hair. Chris not only was rude and sassy, to say the least, he hung up on me twice and when he finally calmed down and would talk and not scream at me, he said he is sure the only reason my daughter hated her hair was because I told her she looked terrible and then of course he hung up. Even though I was completely disgusted by his comments, I called Razing Hair back to try one more time to rationalize with Chris, but he wouldn't get on the phone, however, when he finally called me back he said he searched and found a picture of my daughter on social media that looked like she loved her hair after it was fixed and he also went on to say that if I continued to call him about this issue he would call my place of work and get me fired for harassment. After all this, the terrible job they did on my daughter's hair and the way we were both spoken to, Chris, the owner actually dared to threaten my livelihood just so he didn't have to do the right thing as a business owner and reimburse an 18 year old, so she could go somewhere else to get her hair fixed. He even continued to say that the last person who tried this he (Chris) actually made sure they got fired from their job. I am flabbergasted that he even has clients. If you want light blond hair, without muddy ash, then Razing Hair is not the place for you. There are numerous talented hairdressers in the towns around where they are located and I suggest you try those, so you can avoid such a horrible experience with a person like Chris, and you will also avoid having him threaten getting you fired from your job just because you are not satisfied with the job they do on your hair. The most ironic part is his website states that they have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed!! Guess that is a lie!!
