I found this Salon because I followed Lisa C who has been my hairstylist for the past 30 years! I have been going to her since I was 19 years old, and she is by far one of the best hair stylists I have ever had. I even lived out of state and would fly home and be sure to get my hair done by Lisa! Her knowledge of hair, color, along with what is new and trending styles is superior and will continue going to her until we grow old and NOT GRAY! lol I am extremely impressed with Salon A where she has been for 2 years now. The Stylists are all extremely talented, high caliber and friendly. The atmosphere is great and you can tell that the entire staff really cares and all of their clients love their stylists! I want to be very careful how I word this Review as I do not want it to appear out of anger. I went to Salon A during the beginning of the Covid Pandemic. Salon A accepted customers not wearing a mask,. She personally said to me that she thought the whole Covid Pandemic was nonsense, and she thought people were just sick. I stopped going, as I found her to be a bit of a health hazard. There is much more to being a good hair stylist then putting color on your hair. To me, this takes much more. This place is a joke my elderly mother had been going here for years and had gotten a bad hair color when she called and mentioned she was upset with the way the color came out they told her come in and we'll fix it. This place is AWFUL!!! If i could give 0 stars i would. My mother who is 78 years old and has been going to Adriana for years was taken advantage of. Her hair was cut and colored and looked terrible. My mom called to ask if maybe something was done differently this time and she was told to come back in. My mom called back and said that maybe she will get used to it but they insisted she come back so they can fix it. My mom went back and they charged her again!!! If it was a necessary charge (which i know it was not) They should have explained to her that it would cost more money. I had my hair colored a month ago and I'm still fuming. I was happy to find a local place however i was left with a color that was 5 shades lighter than what i asked. I was left with splotchy highlights when i asked for a balayage, and i was left with a hefty bill for color, a hair cut (trim) and blow out. I have been getting my hair colored for years and i have never felt terrible about my hair color nor have i paid this much ! They did let me come back for a glaze but now that it's been a few weeks it's started to turn brassy and I'm miserable! I so regret coming here and should have stuck to my usual place. read more

I've been letting Adriana cut and highlight my hair for years. She's the only person I trust to wax my eyebrows as well. No one else can do them. I refuse! Adriana is a perfectionist and always wants to make her customers (including me) feeling beautiful and happy. I'm extremely excited that she now offers facial treatments. I also love that she's open later and on Sundays. I can't wait to come back for a facial treatment. The salon is beautiful and so well kept. What more can I say? Fantastic service and treatment. My hair was overprocessed from a botched dye job from another salon. I was going on vacation a few days later and wanted to look and feel confident for my trip. Definitely would not recommend. I went in for a scheduled appointment and had five people switching every 5 minutes doing my hair. Barely asked me what I wanted and the color is definitely not what I was looking for as the highlights are nowhere close to my roots and the blonde looks white. They claimed they were busy which was why they were switching doing my hair, but I made an appointment so that is no excuse. Not a fan. read more

Got the keratin treatment done here and it only lasted 2weeks before my hair started curling and frizzing again. They charged $250 for this.. i shouldnt still have to flat iron my hair every day just for it to curl at the slightest drop of rain. I've had my hair cut and colored here before and the owner did a great job--a very pretty blonde and a nice cut. This time, while the cut is nice, the color is a very mousy brown. When I pointed this out to her she said she used the same color as last time. Not possible. If I didn't think it were bad for my hair to color it again right away I would do it. I never usually write reviews, but I had an amazing experience and wanted to share it with everyone looking for a new salon. I recently moved to the area and wasn't sure where to get my hair done. I went on Groupon and saw a special for a cut, blowout, and style for $30...how much better can you get?! The salon is small and intimate and the staff is extremely friendly and attentive. I was greeted immediately. When I went to get my hair washed, I was asked if I wanted to have the massage chair turned on while my hair was being washed. Then on top of that the person washing my hair asked me about the temperature of the water, etc. She took her time and did not rush at all. Then I met my stylist Nelly. She asked me what I wanted and she did exactly what I asked for. While getting my hair done I'm guessing the owner came up to me to personally to introduce herself which was extremely sweet and thoughtful. I couldn't have had a better experience and my hair looks amazing. I would definitely recommend coming here!!!! read more

I came in with black to pretty much orange hair from a previous hair salon that was supposed to be natural balayage that grew out and turned brassy. I came to this salon hoping someone would fix this mess and was very nervous about wanting to dye my hair again. Ariana did magic on my hair, now I have very natural subtle well blended balayage with ashy tones just like I wanted. I showed her a reference picture which my hair came out looking very accurate to my hair now! She listen to me and did exactly what I wanted. Also I came with a Groupon but she charged me a little extra for doing the balayage (groupon was not for this) like I wanted to plus toner and all the other work (getting the orange color out) I guess you get what you pay for, but I was not expecting to pay that much extra. And also my balayage is veryyyy subtle. I wish you could see it a bit more for the money I payed. That is the only reason I am give 4/5 stars and not 5/5. If you have Groupon, be prepared to pay for the extras! Overall service was amazing! Would defiantly recommend Ariana for anyone who wants balayage or ombré! read more

Loved my highlights, cut and blow out with Alex. She was kind enough to schedule me in last minute, on a very busy day. They have a great team and work very well together. I've gotten so many compliments on how my hair came out! I used the Groupon, but with the extra and unexpected charges, it came out to how much I would normally pay at a full price salon--$30 for toner and $15 for extra product was definitely not warranted but, I was not going to argue. Alex claimed that the Groupon is for short hair, however, it does not state that anywhere on the terms and I have never heard that claim anywhere before. I do not like feeling cheated, and I do, but I was very happy with my hair and their efforts. Wish the pricing was a bit more transparent and reasonable. read more

I use to go to Adrianna's salon before she relocated. After she moved I stopped going thinking I wouldn't take the drive and find another salon within close proximity. I did the whole groupon thing and thought I was getting a deal but I wasn't. I went to salons closer to me but they just did not compare. In the end I may have saved a few extra dollars but my hair was ruined. It was falling out and fried. Now I'm back and will not be going anywhere else again, lesson learned.
