Deposit was left, contracts signed, the whole thing. About a year from the wedding date, they call us and tell us they "accidentally" double booked their place. When asked when the other bride signed their contract (to see if it was in fact an accident) they refused to provide an answer. It was a money grab!!!! They saw an opportunity to make more money and double book the place we had already reserved in full. They wanted to put my fiancé and the bridal party in the "back room " and the other party up front. When this was all going down, they told us the other bride was "only" getting married at the venue across the street from their location, as if that would somehow make this debacle acceptable. Oh, and then, they tried selling us on they would have everyone done in 3 short hours, bride, wedding party, flowers girls, etc. . So the biggest day of my fiancé's life, she supposed to share that with other women she doesn't know despite having booked the ENTIRE place 2 years out?!?!??! And it would a rush job!?!?!? RUN from this place and find a company that is professional and honors the commitments it makes to its clients.

The airbrush foundation Jacqueline applied felt very light and looked amazing. I was so happy with it. This was the first time I've had airbrush and I don't ever wear liquid foundation, so I had been worried about sweating or crying my makeup off on my wedding day, but Jacqueline promised that this wouldn't happen. She said I could sleep in the makeup and it would look the same the next day (except for the lips of course). So, I took that challenge and slept in the makeup overnight. And, in the morning, it still looked awesome! She is extremely talented, her pricing is reasonable, and she will travel to do the bride and bridesmaids' makeup on the wedding day.
