Upon arrival we are always greeted with a warm welcome. The facials are outstanding, so thorough and luxurious. My skin feels and looks great every time. And most recently I got the best pedicure of my life! Nicole is a true nail maven. She filed and styled my toes so meticulously, I was blown away by her attention to detail. I get a better manicure and pedicure at my regular nail place. First off, they put your feet in a thing that looks like a sink. No bubbles, no lotion, not even the blue stuff they put in the water. I was like this would be $30? Get real! She need a bad job, guess goes with attitude. Next, on to the manicure. Again, no soaking of hands in water bowl? No lotion. She was like " Have you ever had this color before ( FIJI) ? I'm like what? Then she proceeds with "are you ok with this streak before we move on" I'm like fix it but I'm like whatever. Uneven nails, horrible job. Just put my hands under a dryer and nothing for feet. I bought the basic mani/ pedicure package but in a nail salon you get more, seriously. lam not here to insult this woman I know it's not easy working with the public. But when I spend over $150 don't give and attitude and make me feel like you couldn't be bothered. Her name was (Nicole). The package also included tapas and champagne. Effie completed my body scrub. She was great and very personable. I felt comfortable being butt-ass naked (under the sheet) during my scrub. After the scrub was a shower. The shower inside the room was nice and refreshing. Jenn completed my Swedish massage. Before beginning she asked me if any parts of body was off limits and how much pressure I wanted/preferred. She really cared about my comfort level. Jamie completed my facial. She asked questions about my skin prior and my skin routine at home. She really cared for and about my skin.
