This is probably the smallest Sephora location I've ever visited, but for such a tiny space they really make it work. They carry all the top brands, have plenty of helpful staff, and the checkout process is fast and smooth. You honestly can't go wrong with Sephora.

Highly recommend Tarte concealer

Passing through Williamsburg and had a list of stores I needed to stop in. Sephora was on the list as I passed through always busy Bedford Avenue. I knew I needed replen on my Tarte concealer. I highly recommend Tarte, high quality product. I need to explore other products from this brand. This Sephora Studio is much smaller than the one in Bay Ridge and Soho. The layout though is quite similar to those other locations. I asked where Tarte was and my shade and Juliana quickly guided me to it and found it within seconds. Quick and courteous service. The checkout process was a bit slow but otherwise smooth process.

Great customer service , but not many choices for men cologne, only like 3-5 options , mostly for female cosmetics which I guest that's the stores majority customer base

Bridget is AMAZING I came in to get my make up done for an event I had. I won't lie I was a little scared I didn't think she would know how to do make up for my skin tone. Bridget understood the assignment!! She beat my face to the gods. My make up looked sooooo good. She was so friendly and sweet. She made me feel so comfortable. If you are looking to get your make up done she is your girl!

Amazing work from Star she's so great!

Everyone was so sweet! I went in to get my make up done for Comic Con and Star eagerly took the challenge on of giving me the perfect 90 minute make over for my Pennywise the clown cosplay! Star was knowledgeable, sweet, and SO funny. She really made my experience. The entire staff was really really kind and helpful.

I was here on opening day . Customer service was good even though they were very busy . They took their time to swatch and test out products and didn't leave me hanging . The aisles are well planned out . Range of cosmetics: they have most of their major brands on display and are helpful in ordering something online / shade that they don't carry in store . Range of skincare : their skincare section is smaller compared to other stores and is located towards the back . Again they carry the favorites but if you are going for a specific face mask or a skin care product call before hand / ask for help Range of hair care products : so this was limited and they do carry some of the hair care flat irons / curlers but would be wise to double check before going in. Tip for moms and nannies : For those going in here with a stroller, the aisles are pretty tight for a single stroller. I don't think a double would make it through . I've not tested their beauty services or classes yet but will keep this area posted .

Look how amazing my makeup looked!! No filter, shot in natural daylight on an iPhone XR.

Cleanest sephora I have ever been to. This was a Sephora Studio so not sure if that means better but the brands were more high end.

I immediately went straight for the Ghibli Studio stuff in the back of course to see what kind of Totoro items they may have. It's not the biggest and most spacious but very decently sized place. Found two super adorable Totoro insulated lunch bags so of course I've to get them, I mean they're just too cute not to get them anyway. The total rounds up to be close to $38. They accept both credit/debit card and cash as forms of payment. Staff is friendly and fast service since there's never a line. Stuff can get pricey depending on what you wanna buy. However, I think their prices are actually pretty reasonable and way cheaper compared to other websites and Amazon in my most honest opinion. I always want to stop by this place wherever I'm around East Village/St. Marks Place.

She offers so many different scents that by the time you smell them all, they kind of blend into one, but I love the variety and I particularly loved the tobacco smelling one (I'm a big tobacco scent fan) and the rainforest. She offers 5 packs with different scents which is nice, or bigger bottles of just 1. She also offers a ton of hand creams. This is a fairly new business and I'm excited to see them! I love the olive oil and the macadamia liquid soaps, shampoos and shower gels. II found that the olive oil shower gels an excellent product that leaves the skin moisturized. Bought a good quality lotion. Packaging is lovely. Definitely makes great gifts. Shopkeeper Yeliz is helpful, spirited and informative about her products. They have recently added a new line of hand and body sprays. Excellent product with a genuine lemon scent. Just the right level. Not overpowering.  I normally do not normally take to scents. It is a real pick me up. And it is antibacterial.  Small unobtrusive size fits in pocket, purse or outside pocket of a backpack.

Before I moved out of Brooklyn, I used to visit Ebisu almost every other week. Partly because it's right next to my primary care doctor and pharmacy, but mostly because it has an extensive selection of japanese snacks and homegoods! Most things here are often a dollar cheaper than big Asian markets. They even gave me a gift pack FOR FREE as I spent over $30. Highlights of my finds: *Kewpie 80% calorie cut mayo - I've been searching for these for the longest time. It is constantly out of stock at H Mart and Sunrise Mart. So excited to score them here! Only 20 cal per serving and tastes exactly the same as the regular one. *Chiikawa blind boxes and keychains - they sell some japan exclusive ones here! I love collecting Chiikawa keychains. *Viral fruit shaped ice cream - sell in box/individually. *Japanese special Twinings tea bags - strawberry & blueberry, peach & orange, raspberry & lemon. *JP and KR beauty - they sell Romand, Dasique, 3CE, Canmake, Kate, and more. I got a romand lip balm for only $9.99. *Claw machines, blind boxes and anime figures on the second floor!

I bought some lotion from them, and a while later (a month or so), my wife noticed black mold growing on the top. Pretty horrifying, because I hadn't noticed, and I'd been putting it on my face! Yuck. I brought it back, to tell them about it, not to ask for my money back, which I made clear. I just thought they would want to know. The salesperson called the manager to come over, who was excessively argumentative about it. "Let me explain something to you about our products," he said. "Our products do NOT grow mold." It was a little like the old, "who are you going to believe?" joke, since mold was growing right on top of the lotion, and we could both see it. And he just wouldn't stop. I kept telling him, I don't want to discuss this, I just thought they would want to know, I was just trying to be a good samaritan for one of my favorite stores. And he kept arguing. "Mold is caused primarily by moisture," he said at one point, as though he thought I was very stupid. Finally I said, "I'm going to ask you to stop talking." And he wouldn't! So I had to say it again. This all bothers me for two reasons. First, I thought the guy was defensive and insulting. Why disbelieve me? Did he think I brought some kind of fake moldy lotion to his store because ... why? He should have just thanked me for letting him know. Second, I thought they SHOULD care that their lotion grows mold! So the manager doesn't care about quality control, and he has an attitude problem. I don't feel that I can trust their products anymore, and unfortunately I cannot go back. It's too bad, because I used to love this store.
