I went here on the recommendation of a friend. My friend showed me pictures of her daughter's skin after a treatment with Tiffany, I was so impressed I knew I had to book an appointment. I had a skin analysis and treatment (chemical peel). Tiffany was very friendly and knowledgeable. Her space is also very clean and comfortable. Best experience ever! For starters, Tiffany made me feel very comfortable & her space is very clean. When I got there I did a questionnaire of my day to day skin habits as well as what my goals were as far as my skin is concerned, then Tiffany performed a skin analysis. After that she customized a treatment for me & we got started! I got the Vital C hydrating facial, 24K Gold Eye Treatment, & the 24K Gold Clay Masque. Throughout my facial we kept up conversation which put me even more at ease AND HER HANDS ARE MAGIC! From start to finish there was nothing but professionalism & courtesy. Not only did the facial leave me feeling refreshed, so did Tiffany. It was my first time getting a facial & she has gained a lifetime customer. I'm telling everyone about her services! THE WORST ESTHETICIAN EVER!! I am a woman of color who came in here to begin a journey towards clear skin and I book a consultation and room for service for my face. I come in for my consultation and whatever customized facial she was going to give me, she does a 2-3 minute evaluation of my face and then proceeds to say my skin is okay, i'll just do a chemical peel on you. Without taking time to get to know my skin, and how a simple facial will react with my skin, she begins to prep my face for a peel. She washes my face for about 20-30 seconds (disgusting) and then ways for my face to get dry and then applies the peel which burned terribly. She then says my facial is complete...25 minutes and $300 later and charges my $25 for a post-kit because "its not included in the peel"(horrible). Days go by and i notice my face is getting VERY DARK and i was peeling on my eyelids, neck and down to my chest. I called and texted her about this and she says "but I never applied it to these areas, so i don't know why you're peeling there" (mind you she never but valine/aquaphor on my eyelids and lips before putting the peel on my face. So im looking at myself in the mirror as days goes by and crying that my face is getting darker and its itchy, she said that normal, but on the 7th day my face was 2-3 shades darker than my natural complexion and then she had the nerve to say " i guess your face doesn't take well to our peel, so we won't do anymore chemical peels on you" (no im sorry about that, or can you come in and let me see), so i book an illuminating facial with the other esthetician working under her and that was the most ridiculous and non-beneficial facial I've ever gotten, she didn't do any extractions because she said "the pimples are under the skin and they're not large enough for her to extract". The force $225 products on me that will help brighten my skin from the peel tiffany did and all it did was cause my more acne and small breakouts" All in all...SAVE YOUR MONEY ladies and gents and go to an esthetician that medically and scientifically based not one that uses your skin to test chemical peels, and gives you a peel on your first visit to her office. I will be escalating this issue, because im now spending time and money correcting this INTENSE HYPERPIGMENTATION she left on my face and neck, surely does not deserve "spa of the year", if I could include the pictures of the damage she left on my skin here on google, I SURELY WOULD, so please do me a favor and see your DERMATOLOGIST first or an esthetician that works on a MEDICAL level and know the product ingredient by ingredient and chemical by chemical. She also treats her "friends and family-like" customers better and even exempts them from paying. If i could return the products I bought from her back, I would, because I surely will never step foot in this office (not spa) ever again to get a facial. It really pains me to write this review as I really wanted to have a positive experience with Tiffany but here goes. Last year, I was on the hunt for a black aesthetician, 1) because our skin is different and better to go to someone with skin like yours as they will know exactly what you need and 2) I wanted to make an effort to support more black businesses. My friend recommended that I go to luxury facials bc they were good, so I did some research - I thought that her prices were pretty good and it looked like she did great work! So I decided to schedule a skin consultation with her with the intention of getting a chemical peel bc my acne scars were terrible. Just a note, some of the descriptions for services on her site didn't make much sense and were riddled with grammar mistakes like the word "recommendationed". On the day of my appointment, I arrive at the location and it is a hair salon. Slightly confused, I enter and the rude hairstylists at the front point me in the direction of a dungeon-like area. I look around the room and don't see anyone so I decide that I will have a seat next to a stack of boxes, until I see someone that can assist me. Before I can take a seat Tiffany comes outside and says can I help you with sort of a slight attitude. I ignore it and tell her that I'm here for a 2pm and she said ok please go back to the front and someone will assist you. Meanwhile, I'm thinking it's 2pm (the time my appointment starts) why do I have to wait for someone to come assist me. So I reluctantly go back to the front and sit for about 15 mins. She comes out to me with a couple of forms for me to fill out and she seems a bit more pleasant so I get excited for my facial again. I fill out the forms she grabs me we go back to the facial room and this is where my entire visit just goes sour. There were a couple of questions that I didn't answer, one being to confirm that I didn't use retinol within the last 72 hours; which I did! She immediately says I cannot do a peel on you, your skin might burn. I was disappointed to hear her say that but thought to myself it's fine I'll come back another time. She then says to me well since you can't get a peel what do you want to get done. I said nothing I came here to get a peel, had I known that I couldn't get a peel after using retinol (which is info she should have had in her site) I would have rescheduled. She said to me well you already booked for an hour you have to get something done. I was ready to walk out at that point but we compromised until she said she would do a peel just not the one that I intended on getting and made me sign off that I knew the possible risks of my skin burning being that I had used retinol the night before. So right away she does a test patch with the peel - but wait, she never analyzes my skin like she was supposed to. The entire time I'm thinking ok maybe after the peel she will take a look at my skin. The skin analysis never happens. We get done with the peel well before the hour that I booked so I'm already pissed. I start getting dressed and she says to me I'm going to write out the steps of what you need to do post peel. I go to the washroom, come out and and she starts trying to sell me these products, that I already know I don't want bc I already have a pretty strict regimen of products that I like. So she shows me a cleanser and I said well I'm using a Peter Thomas Roth cleanser do you think that would suffice. With an attitude, she says that I can't recommend anything over the counter. These are the products that I am recommending, if you want to buy them you buy them but if you don't I can't force you. Meanwhile, the products she was offering weren't prescription bc she's not a doctor. So I decide to just pay and leave. As I leave I notice she never gave me the instructions she was writing out for me. I call a few times to ask about that and when is best to schedule the next peel bc she was booking up pretty fast. Literally, no one got back to me. I called the next day a few times and no one got back to me but I go ahead and book my next appointment anyway. By the third day my skin was burnt pretty badly, which wasn't her fault but I called and left a vm to ask her what I should do to help my skin. Low and behold her "assistant" called me back and was very nice and told me to hold on while she texted Tiffany what was wrong. Tiffany's response to everything I said was, well the client refused to buy the products! Her assistant said she would call me back once Tiffany sent more info on how to care for my face and literally no one called me back. At this point, I was done and I called back and left a vm to cancel my appointment for next time. Tiffany was unprofessional, rude and has a nasty attitude. If she wants to have a successful business I can assure you her demeanor will get in the way of her success. I refuse to come back to this place after how I was treated and others should be weary as well. read more

I've had facials before and I have always left with tons of products that I never use!! I woke up this morning totally committed to my new skin care regimen because I left Luxury Facials feeling like my skin was important to Tiffany. She engaged me in a thorough dialogue about my skin and the treatment I needed. She told me exactly how to use my products and she even forgot to give me my night cream. Yes it is costly but its worth every penny. My face looks and feels different after just one day!!!For the first time in years I did not have to apply any cream to my once dry by noon face!! Thank you Tiffany and I will be doing a facial once a month until my skin is where I want it to be!!! read more
